03/04/2024: I was with my wife for dinner, we chose a tasting menu, all the courses were better than the other... excellent quality raw materials, refined dishes which harken back to Sicilian cuisine but with a good note of innovation, a considerable wine cellar, very kind and knowledgeable dining room staff who illustrate each course with a smile and with accuracy..... the open kitchen is wonderful where it is possible to admire the chefs while they prepare the dishes...... and what about the owner and his wife who kindly welcome you at the entrance, put you at ease and accompany you to your table...... nothing, we spent almost two hours between a dish and a glass of wine... ... the time flew by, it was truly fabulous! It goes without saying that we will be back soon, and I advise anyone who loves good, attentive cuisine not to miss this restaurant!!!

08/02/2024: Food was really nice, full of flavour, and some of it was special slow food which i appreciate. It is more expensive than other places we've eaten in. Service was quick, professional. I love quirky artsy design but definitely felt it was a bit pushy here, placed and chosen insensitively, inserted into a plain white interior. 4.4/5

Il personale è stato attento e premuroso, contribuendo all’ottima riuscita dell’evento.

24/11/2023: Este sitio está presentable para cenar pero la comida entrante es escasa, ensalada de pulpo pequeñas porciones con patatas a trozos precio desorbitado por la ración 15 euros. Pescado del día bueno pero un poco caro y tienes que pedir guarnición aparte y te cobran 6 euros por unos tomates troceados y 3 olivas y un poco de cebolla, precio total exagerado por lo que cobran
22/11/2023: Delicious meal, lovely service. In late November few places are still open so it was a relief to find such a delicous meal. Recommend the octopus with potatoes. House red is served in a carafe and is a very drinkable drop.

01/11/2023: Très bonne adresse , sur les hauteurs de Cefalu. Vue splendide sur la mer et la ville. Havre de paix sur la terrasse, au calme, avec musique jazzy très discrète. Produits frais et savoureux. Présentation simple et soignée. Prix très raisonnables. Service professionnel: chaleureux et efficace. Café offert. A tester aussi le soir pour profiter des lumières de la ville … Équipe fiable! Merci

03/04/2024: Satisfied after an evening that really exceeded our expectations. We chose the restaurant's very affordable menu with mussels in a magical (!) tomato sauce, spaghetti with shells, a fresh fish fillet with lemon and orange and good cannoli to finish. Tasty and authentic Italian! Many thanks for a nice evening!

25/11/2023: Giornata fantastica a Cefalu', pochissima gente in giro per le vie del centro storico.
Sembrava una Cefalu spenta e silenziosa ma bellissima come sempre.
Come sempre ci fermiamo Al Ristoro di Re Ruggero per un pranzo veloce .
I ragazzi sempre in gambissima e le portate ottime.
Vino consigliato Lagodamare frizzantino fantastico.

01/03/2024: Difficile fare una recensione...ci provo! Posto, così così, cameriere attento e cortese. Bene, passiamo al cibo. Dal menù sembrava tutto allettante, ordiniamo, arriva praticamente una portata dietro l' altra, quasi tutto insieme! Antipasti misto con insalata di mare che dava del nulla, senza sapore, polpo duro, caprese di bufala per mia moglie con mozzarella super fredda da frigo, cozze nel primo, ai frutti di male, assolutamente senza sapore, anzi sembravano vecchie e andate a male. Crocchette di patate ancora ghiacciate al centro, frittura di calamari appena sufficiente. E altro ancora, lunga la lista. Sicuramente sanno fare le pizze, solo quelle!! Il peggio arriva dopo! Prezzo assolutamente assurdo, da turisti o peggio. Una base pizza (sale e origano) 4€, un piatto insipido di mare (secondo menù per due) 30€, primi mediamente 18 €, involtini di pesce spada cari per tre piccoli involtini! Acqua da 750 3€, conto salato con pietanze insipide e in confusione! Mai, mai più!!!!!!!! Limoncello 4€! Una pietanza a testa, calice di vino, una birra e acqua 173 € mal spesi!!!

28/03/2024: Great pizza! We had 3 pizzas, all were very good. The pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven. Unfortunately, the prices are adjusted to those of a highly touristic place and the Coperto (2€ per person) is also added. Diavola and prosciutto are fine at €8. The wine prices are quite reasonable but there is not much choice. We would come back because of the pizza 🙂👍.
04/11/2023: We ate here twice while staying in Cefelu. Good selection of antipasto, starters, mains and pizza. Food was lovely and the staff were friendly and efficient. There were many locals eating here which is always a good sign! Meat and fish dishes were cooked perfectly, and would definitely come back if visiting again.
