07/04/2024: The pizza is good, light and with combinations of local ingredients, for the most part. The service certainly needs to be improved: the waitress had forgotten a drink at our table (where there were 5 of us) and after almost 10 minutes we had to remind her again; he brought us the wrong pizza which he then made us pay for; with the dessert we asked for sparkling water but he brought us still water. I would also pay more attention to the cleanliness of the table to which the placemats were stuck. Again, being a pizzeria/brewery I expect that on a Saturday evening some types of beer won't run out already at 9pm. The menu is neither too rich nor too poor, which is a good thing, but if there are missing ingredients for the pizzas or desserts at an already limited menu risks not being able to satisfy the customer. The environment is certainly familiar, informal and young, and this must become a strong point not an excuse for shortcomings. With a little effort I think it could really become an important place in the area where the little things make the difference!

01/01/2024: We went today January 1st 2024 with my family and what can I say... Lovely place in the mountains but very close to Lanzo, quality food and in abundance. Simple and well-finished Piedmontese cuisine. Mrs. Angela pampered us with good food or as I define it "comfort food" to be enjoyed with loved ones in peace. Served at the tables by Mrs Angela's daughters who were very attentive to our every need and very kind as well as quick in service. Top cleanliness. A truly exemplary family business. Good girls!!! We'll see you again soon!!!
