05/04/2024: All very good. There is no carbonara in the photos because it was too good and I didn't have time to photograph it. Excellent tiramisu. Really good tripe.

03/04/2024: I went to eat in this place in the summer because of a local festival there was a fixed menu but honestly I wasn't crazy about it maybe because of the party they had to hurry up and unfortunately the food was lost then one thing that didn't bother me and they really liked it, it's a gazebo set up in the street and they go out with the dishes from the restaurant to bring the food to the customers. I'm sorry but the hygiene level is 0 as far as I'm concerned.

14/01/2024: Mixed land and sea starter... from the sea there was only a dessert plate of seafood salad... I didn't like pappardelle with wild boar, gnocchi with meat sauce and excellent spaghetti carbonara.

20/12/2023: Family and welcoming restaurant in a strategic position to visit the ancient Monterano reserve. Cleanliness, courtesy and quality of food guaranteed. Homemade and authentic cuisine with excellent raw materials and friendly and professional staff. Absolutely try Carlo's carbonara! I am a fan of this dish and have often ordered it everywhere and have always been disappointed. Finally here I found a real carbonara. Wonderful! One of those places you would return to every day. Good job, everyone!
