28/02/2024: Until this evening I was convinced that the pinsas were the frozen ones, like most of the pinsas, unfortunately, while waiting for the pinsa to take away, I had a chat with the pizza chef who showed me the leavening loaves and told me he explained that they undergo two cookings, a first cooking, the previous evening, which will give greater crunchiness to the second cooking with the seasoning.
You guys are very good and I apologize for thinking that you didn't make the dough 🫢

05/01/2024: Pizzeria buona ma lultima volta che ho ordinato da asporto sono rimasto deluso, gli ingrediendi erano sicuramente avanzati dal pranzo e non freschi, la pizza bruciata la mozzarella inesistente ed un sapore disgustoso. Sono rimasto veramente deluso e non credo di tornarci...almeno a breve.
04/01/2024: Pizzeria di paese, buona alternativa per una serata in compagnia diversa (ce ne fossero di più a Riano). Pizza romana con buon impasto, davvero sottile, condimenti tradizionali ( ottima la bufala). Servizio nella norma, prezzi nella media
