06/04/2024: Always a guarantee. Da Baffone is a jewel in the crown of the Castelli Romani restaurant scene. Historic venue impeccably cared for, where there is meticulous attention to detail and a service carried out with great professionalism, seriousness and competence: from the welcome in the concierge room and reception to the dining room staff. Ample parking. Delicious and elaborate dishes, I would like to highlight my favorites in particular: focaccia, pinsa and boscaiola pizza. Even as regards the first courses, they reserve some real gems for us with their specialty, porcini mushrooms. I'm not a meat lover in general, but I have to admit that they know how to cook it really well until it's as tender as butter. What more can I say? I return every time with great joy, because here you not only delight your palate but you also enjoy pleasant entertainment and spend a surprising evening full of light-heartedness and good humor. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: Cold environment, hasty and unwelcoming waiters, slow in bringing out the dishes and above all mixing up the deliveries, they brought us things from other tables and our orders did not arrive. Crazy prices, fish first courses with minced meat inside and when asked for an explanation the response was "which often happens to us in the kitchen". Inedible desserts. Embarassing!!!!

17/07/2023: Siamo stati a cena di sabato sera ed era tutto pieno. Nonostante questo dopo una mezz'oretta, grazie anche alla proprietaria, siamo riusciti a sederci e subito ci hanno servito con un ottima pizza. L'acqua è la birra erano calde ma la gentilezza della figlia della proprietaria è lei stessa ci hanno fatto talmente piacere che è andata bene così .....Bravi e complimenti per la pizza.
