30/03/2024: The cooking of the meat, the flavor of the grilled cooking made me think for a long time about the excellent experience in this restaurant located in a delightful context, that of the town of Morimondo.
If there had been a small welcome entree there would have been a fifth star.
When I return I have to remember to order the tartare on the bone with marrow.
The wine selection is good
