07/04/2024: A nice restaurant, with a beautiful view of the river.
06/04/2024: Excellent level which, with a little forethought, could rise even higher.
The balance needs to be improved when using pink pepper in combination with vinegar; there is a risk of not fully understanding the quality of the fish.
Everything else done really well.
The wine selection is very good.
