06/01/2024: Because you can't give zero! We booked for 7.30pm but they let us sit in the room more than an hour later. We ordered two cuts, a mixed fry and a calzone. Given the prices we expected generous portions and instead we received paltry dishes... there's no question about the quality. The calzone intended for my little daughter was served to her at 9.30pm when all of us had already finished dinner, but above all after all the other diners who arrived later had been served. The lady who served us was really kind and visibly mortified. The apologies, the lack of staff and the pizza offered were of little avail. Really disappointed with this evening. Will we have been unlucky? I do not believe
