10/02/2024: In my opinion one of the best takeaway pizzas in Novara! Staff available and attentive to customer needs. An excellent rotisserie service with really good fried foods is also available. Most pizzas are also available with gluten-free dough. Home delivery available. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

04/03/2024: I wanted to eat spicy pizza with spicy salami and gorgonzola but instead I ate rubber with paper and cardboard, (they didn't have gorgonzola there) you can see that the dough wasn't fresh, it was super rubbery and had a strange smell and taste. the pizza arrived completely destroyed when I opened it the mozzarella was stuck to the lid! Never again!

28/02/2024: Excellent pizza, but inadequate service. Twice the wrong pizzas arrived despite the flavors being repeated several times when ordering so as not to get them wrong. Pay more attention to customers and maybe you will avoid certain slip-ups.

10/02/2024: Ordinate tre pizze tramite Justeat; consegna prevista per le ore 20.30, ma dal tracking è slittata fino alle ore 21.40 quando ho chiamato. Mi sento dire che le pizze erano pronte da un’ora ma in driver non era passato e che se volevo dovevo andare io a ritirarle perché loro dovevano aver già chiuso da mezz’ora. All’arrivo mi sento ripetere che loro non potevano farci nulla e non mi hanno nemmeno rimborsato la consegna. Ricapitolando, mi sono dovuto mangiare tre pizze pronte da più di un’ora ormai secche, non mi hanno rimborsato la consegna e me le sono dovute andare a prendere io comunque

24/03/2024: ENDLESS WAITING, more than an hour and a half... more staff and more coordination between pizza chefs and the restaurant would be needed. There was the wrong pizza and to get the correct one ordered back, we waited another half hour. They only told us "Excuse us"....if it had happened like this in the south, the pizza that they made a mistake would have been free or they would have offered a coffee or a bitter... as kindness and courtesy to make up for the their mix-up.

30/12/2023: Dopo tanti anni siamo tornati in questo locale per una pizzata in compagnia e abbiamo trovato la stessa qualità di allora. In più il locale è stato completamente rinnovato con ottimo gusto e nuova disposizione. Le pizze ottime come sempre: digeribili, croccanti e con ingredienti di qualita'. Pulizia ottima. Personale cordiale e attento. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo! Senza dubbio, una delle migliori pizzerie della città. Consigliatissimo

Ottimi gli hamburger, direi uno dei locali più di Novara, tappa fissa con amici e famiglia per una bella serata. Locale piacevole, ambiente disteso ma dinamico, personale preparatissimo e disponibile. E per gli intenditori: pregiata scelta dei vini locali e non. Consigliatissimo

31/03/2024: Easter lunch. A table for 11 people. After 2 hours of waiting, some dishes arrived, except a risotto and when I asked why I was told that it was ready but that they had given it to another table. Mediocre burgers with raw bacon, not bad cuts and average risotto. Too bad about the wait.

17/03/2024: Avevo voglia di mangiare una pizza ma dopo mi è passata la fantasia. Ho chiesto la pizza ai funghi e mi è arrivata una Margherita con tre pezzetti di cose scure sopra che al sapore somigliava vagamente ai funghi. L'impasto era così duro che facevo fatica a tagliare con il coltello che mi avevano fornito. Era talmente salata che per la prima volta in vita mia non sono riuscita a finirla e l'ho lasciata nel piatto.

25/03/2024: Very nice location in the center of Novara Despite a very varied menu, the service was terrible. Dommage. Happy to have found a vegan menu, they served me a bruschetta with aubergine sauce, too bad the bread tasted like fish. I was forced to have the dish redone. Glass not clean, bread arrived after several requests, plates missing due to fish shells. The place was full but that doesn't take away from the fact that the service should be perfect. That said, as far as the food goes, good but nothing exceptional. Finally, a few smiles and more kindness are missing, even at the checkout!
