01/04/2024: Good flour, good pizza. What is missing is transparency in pricing. If you order a drink you should know how much you pay for it beforehand not at the bill, there was no drinks list. If you suggest extra menus I should have a list of them. And I wouldn't want to have any nasty surprises at the bill, like farinata at a different price from the menu and if I ask the waiter what I drank such as beer (moretti) I end up having to pay for an Ichnusa with a higher price.
