You will eat a pizza made with the hands of the world pizza champion, and not a champion just because he is good, but certified, with a cup on display and the competence and wisdom of someone who has a passion for their work! Always up to date on everything, fresh and possibly Sardinian ingredients, well-leavened dough, you can also find and taste his artisanal panettones, Easter doves, in short, not just pizza! The place is super clean and welcoming, the staff are very kind and friendly, waiting times don't exist! Believe me... you absolutely must try his pizzas!

26/03/2024: I went to dinner at the Zio Tore restaurant in Monserrrato, years ago it was a regular stop and we always had a great time, so we wanted to try again🤦🏻‍♀️. I enter and like in many other places, I close the door. The lady who was there at the checkout starts screaming 'the door, leave it open' I go to reopen it and involuntarily it closes again, she screams again. We enter the room where we have dinner and the most unpleasant waitress I have ever met welcomes us. We ask for a table and she also rudely tells us to wait (table ready, and booked days before) as we had just arrived. We order and he didn't get a single thing right with the orders... Completely raw and frozen chips (asked for at least 5 times before getting them) always with the waitress's dirty face, mixed fried food of a negligible quantity...boiled beef steaks. In short, it's disgusting. The highlight of the evening arrives. We ask for the bill and it is presented to us on a white piece of paper with the amount written in black marker... The bill doesn't add up to us at all, so we decide to go to the cash register and each pay for what we have consumed. Moral of the story, there was an extra 27 euros on the bill. 😡 Safe cross. The funniest thing is that as soon as you enter there is a sign that says 'smiles are free' 😂 😂. We didn't see any smiles from the staff, on the contrary... and the ones we exchanged between friends were making us pay dearly. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

31/03/2024: I'm sorry to give three stars but now I'll explain why. This pizzeria has potential, a really really good pizza, perhaps one of the best here in Cagliari, light, tasty with excellent leavening, but we were deceived by a story on Facebook, on Saturday evening we saw that they published a story on Facebook putting their menus were on display, when we arrived at the pizzeria we had the bitter surprise, the menus are valid from Sunday to Friday so on Saturdays they are not valid, but then why publish their discounted menus without specifying that on that day even if they were published publicly they did not have valenza?????ok even without a menu we stop to eat, at the checkout we find yet another rip-off, a lactose-free margherita €9.50, but where are we in Piazza San Marco???!!!! And €2.50 cover charge…..I attach the photos….conclusion: if you go from Sunday to Friday you will certainly be satisfied with their menus but not on SATURDAY….I advise the manager to be clearer in the stories on Facebook and not publish on Saturdays to deceive people….we will definitely be back and I hope to change the review

24/02/2024: Truly sublime pizza! I can say with certainty that it is not the usual pizza, you can immediately feel that the quality and choice of ingredients make the difference, and the difference is notable. The dough is light and tasty and the cooking is perfect and not burnt as often happens in all pizzerias, the sauce is of excellent quality and the mozzarella has all the taste of real mozzarella from the past. What can I say, I assure you that it is worth traveling many kilometers to taste a special product! Nice and friendly pizza chef, honest prices for an excellent product!

19/01/2024: Good pizza, lots of variety of choice. The prices of the pizzas are honest, those of the drinks are a little less so (€5 for a 40cc Ichnusa on tap). Friendly staff, small place and certainly not impressive in terms of decor.

17/02/2024: We went several times because we were out and about in the area and because it is one of the few restaurants we found with working air conditioning (there must have been others but we didn't find any); in any case because the first day we went we had a very good time and I am referring in particular to the food (although the place is still nice and the service is sufficient - on weekdays there is only one person who takes care of the tables ), we decided to return and we did so for three days, as the menu was broad enough to allow us to vary. I recommend it.

04/02/2024: Trained and professional staff. Kindness and helpfulness. Excellent meats and side dishes. Comfortable and well heated room, but above all not noisy.
