17/03/2024: Questo locale, per come lo ricordavo era simbolo di qualità e cura. Tutte cose che si pagavano ma ne valeva la pena. Ottimo pane , decidevi la cottura della carne, salse handmade …. Tutti servizi che non ho più trovato. Abbiamo aspettato un ora per ricevere pietanze non all’altezza di come era una volta. Carne stracotta … qualità bassa a mio avviso…. E dopo un ora di attesa abbiamo dovuto lasciare il tavolo velocemente per fare posto a nuovi clienti! Sicuramente molto guadagno per i gestori ma è così che si perdono i clienti. Soprattutto oggi che hamburger buoni si trovano in svariati ristoranti! Spero per loro che sia stata una serata no …. Per me certamente lo è stata !

10/03/2024: Incompetent staff, I went to get three slices of pizza, they put two of them to heat up, at a certain point the girl at the cash register tells me the three slices of pizza are yours, I say yes, she makes me pay and gives me the box with the pizza I get home, I open the box and there is only one piece of pizza. I call and they tell me we noticed that the other slices are left here in the oven. If you want, you can come and get them. We're joking. I live 20 km away. When you come back. hence we give them their money back to incompetent staff

10/11/2023: È la pizza al taglio più buona ad Arezzo! Tanti gusti e tutti buonissimi! Comodo se si è in centro a fare una passeggiata, ci sono i tavolini dentro e fuori. Ottima l'accoglienza e sono sempre molto cortesi. Al mattino golosa anche la colazione, pasta e caffè!

15/02/2024: The food is special and the service as well. But the environment, unfortunately, is not. Every time I leave there, my clothes smell of sauce and fried food. In my humble opinion it is because they have an open kitchen or because there are no extractors in the room. Or if there are, they are turned off. In summer there are no problems because you eat outside. But in the other months, at least upstairs, there is this problem. I have never been downstairs because it is closed during the week and at the weekend they use it for tables with several people. At least that's what I was told. If the odor problem could be solved, it would be really great!

24/03/2024: I ordered on Deliveroo. I had to cancel because they kept postponing the delivery time and after an hour from the agreed time nothing had still arrived. A few weeks ago I went to eat at a pizzeria and I had to wait an hour and a half to eat. They told me they were without a pizza chef. So accept fewer orders, make fewer covers but provide a better service. I won't go back or reorder.
