08/01/2024: Perfect location for those who are not in Merano for skiing, but to enjoy the thousand offers in the area, spotlessly clean hotel, fabulous food and service that does not lack a smile and savoir faire, even if I advise the waiters to improve their Italian slightly , would make the structure 4 stars superior. (these are super efficient boys and girls but they are not very proficient in Italian).. for the rest everything is in line with what one expects from South Tyrol. The town that houses this hotel/jewel is small but served by bars, tobacconists, ATMs and even a well-stocked minimarket. We had an à la carte dinner in the hotel and were exceptionally amazed by the value for money (the raw materials were really excellent), and the truly remarkable buffet breakfast. Well done. Thank you . In winter you must at least try the heated swimming pool on the third floor with an outdoor area, then on the roof there is the panoramic hydro... WOW. Ideal holiday for a family or a couple

03/01/2024: We were there for dinner. The food was served carelessly and it tasted exactly the same. The waitress obviously didn't want to be friendly towards us and the tip wasn't enough because there wasn't a "thank you". Very disappointing, so never again!!!
