05/02/2024: Nice and spotlessly clean place, friendly staff, we went to Caltagirone for a dance competition... and looking through maps the closest place was this one... even if the reviews were vague (and based on delays and lack of courtesy) we decided to go there... what can I say!! A beautiful revelation. The owner and the staff are friendly and attentive... they made us sit down and advised us on the choice of menu. We had an excellent Italian appetizer, pistachio and spek calamarata, sausage and fennel calamarata, and an exquisite braised beef. And some fried fish... Sweets, water, beer and various drinks... semifreddo, coffee, grappa... etc etc. Account more than correct. We were 6 adults and 6 children. What can I say, it is yet another demonstration (I am referring to some reviews) that those who go to restaurants turn up their noses at a comprehensive delay... (when the room is full) should go out more often and visit as many places as possible... to learn to evaluate with greater awareness and experience.

10/03/2024: We went on Saturday evening to eat pizza which was also very good. However, you cannot arrive at 9pm and eat pizza at 11pm. The place is full, the staff is bare bones, because paying an extra waiter can be too expensive, a single bakery for 200 people. You do.

04/02/2024: Assolutamente da evitare, cucina da incubo. Purtroppo non è mia abitudine fare cattive recensioni ma questa volta ho duvuto visto l'indifferenza della responsabile alle mie segnalazioni. Entrando il locale sembra carino, poi una volta fatti accomodare nella sala adiacente il locale si trasforma in mensa dell'ospedale. Ordiniamo un antipasto di pesce della casa, al suo arrivo sembra buono nel vederlo peccato la sorpresa nel mangiarlo, senza sapore, pesce di bassa qualità unica cosa buona la frittura di calamari, prezzo 28€. Lo mangiamo lo stesso vista la fame dovuto all'orario, per ultimo ci conserviamo la polpettina di neonata peccato che la panatura contenta un pelo, lo faccio presente alla titolare e mi risponde che lo farà presente in cucina ma non ci riferisce più niente sull'accaduto. Essendomi rovinato il pranzo, mi alzo e chiedo se è possibile togliere un primo visto che non mi andava più. Premesso che avevamo ordinato delle orecchiette, la titolare mi risponde che già stava per arrivare, allora attendo e dopo 20 minuti mi arriva un piatto di trofie al posto delle orecchiette Mah...🤔Assaggiamo il piatto il quale risulta immangiabile, troppa panna e gorgonzola. Visto che abbiamo lasciato il primo per intero, la titolare passa e ci chiede perché non abbiamo gradito il piatto ed io faccio presente che dovevano essere delle orecchiette e non le trofie che è una pasta che non gradisco per gusto personale. La risposta della titolare è stata "vabbè" e si porta il piatto senza dire nulla😠. Allora ci alziamo e andiamo a pagare, naturalmente nessuno sconto, paghiamo per intero tutto l'ordinato e non ci chiede niente nemmeno scusa per l'accaduto. Non ci offre nemmeno un caffè. Sicuramente da buoni siciliani, non torneremo più oltre ad aver segnalata alla struttura che lo ha consigliato di non indicarlo più. Per non parlare del bagno, sporco , senza carta e per insaponare le mani devi immergerle in un recipiente di vetro lo stesso dove mettono il parmigiano🤣 Cambiate lavoro se non sapete gestire un locale. La titolare prendeva le ordinazioni, serviva ai tavoli e faceva i conti alla cassa naturalmente senza lavarsi le mani e dopo aver toccato soldi ti tagliava pure il cestino di pane 😱.

09/01/2024: I was intrigued by this butcher's shop, so I decided to go in to see what it was like inside. For me it was a really bad experience, very high prices, somewhat grumpy staff. 2 horse meatballs 5 euros 😂😂, 1 quarter 1.20 but are we kidding, first and last time I won't return.

18/02/2024: Very beautiful location...shame about the very disappointing professionalism...the evening was going well when just before 10pm we were invited to get up and go...telling us that there had been a booking error and other people were arriving to take our place...situation really managed with little education and lack of professionalism.
