02/03/2024: A place that doesn't look like anything special from the outside. Once inside, however, it is refined but not too elegant. Excellent quality food, menu with not too many dishes but cooked with attention and creativity. Prices slightly high for the area but the fish is fresh and cooked very well. We took an appetizer "in our own way" more crudités. Excellent finger starter with fish balls, octopus on potato pie, tuna tartare and more (see photo). Then a plate of homemade tagliatelle with burratina, sea urchins and prawns, a second course of swordfish rolls with Nebrodi provola on a bed of vegetables. Two desserts, a delicious panna cotta and a wonderful chocolate flan. Two glasses of white wine, water and a glass of passito (offered) all for 84 euros, not a little but fair enough for the attention and quality of the dishes.

14/01/2024: Excellent atmosphere, great food quality and excellent quality of ingredients. The antipasto is of the highest quality and truly original Sicilian food. The “Maccheroni alla norma” absolutely unforgettable! Highly recommended! Will be back again soon!

03/01/2024: We order an appetizer for one to share, two portions of meat and two side dishes. After finishing the appetizer my partner feels ill and we decide to leave, I talk to the owner and ask how far along the meat was and if it could be stopped, he replies that it was ready now and that they could take it away for me and so I replied go good, no problem. We paid €50 for the starter X1 to share, a bottle of water, a coke, two second courses and two side dishes. The problem? They gave us a second takeaway that didn't look like it was for two people and they charged us for the side dishes that weren't present, so we paid for dishes that weren't served to us. I hope it was an oversight because it wasn't right at all.

29/12/2023: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale pulito e curato, abbiamo mangiato pesce freschissimo, e cucinato con gusto,mia figlia celiaca ha potuto gustare i piatti cucinati dallo chef con cura ed attenzione, dall'antipasto alla frittura, siamo rimasti entusiasti, dalla bontà dei piatti,conto più che giusto,, grazie torneremo, super consigliato.

22/12/2023: Posto bellissimo... Pulitissimo. Ma purtroppo un servizio poco affidabile. Mi avevano garantito un impasto glutenfree fatto da loro...prenotato 2 sere prima (quindi si aveva tutto il tempo per farlo), per poi servirmi la pizza preconfezionata (che io non mangio).... Peccato perché la location è incantevole!

22/12/2023: Location carina, peccato che i prezzi sono altissimi, il costo del coperto è scandalosamente ALTO. Pizze così così, siamo stati presi in giro riguardo all'impasto 😡

26/09/2023: Ci siamo fermati casualmente a pranzo a causa di un obbligo di uscita al casello di Sant'Agata di Militello. Titolare e staff molto gentili, locale ben curato e rilassante. Piatti di pesce ben preparati al momento. Prezzo più che onesto.

06/04/2024: We were at the Carletto restaurant at the end of March for lunch at 1 p.m. and sat outside. There were about 10 tables set up and set, almost all of which were occupied. My wife had the Gamberoni, 5 pieces, from the grill for 24 euros, and I had the specialty plate of swordfish rolls and squid from the grill for 23 euros. The Gamberoni were ok, my breaded swordfish rolls were dripping with oil on the outside and the fish was dry. So unfortunately not, as described in many reviews, a specialty that you have to try. The squid parts were partially burnt. We also had a mixed salad that obviously came from a bag and was briefly washed and dressed with a little oil. No salt, no pepper, no vinegar but served on a small plate. We had water and 2 glasses of white wine, and ordered two more espressos, which were served in paper cups. Overall, the visit to the restaurant was somewhere between okay and disappointed.

30/03/2024: Bar with good ambience, always full of young people and punctual, almost impromptu service despite the good turnout of people. Excellent artisanal ice cream. I advise

26/08/2023: Excellent place to eat fish. Cozy and quiet place. We tasted some excellent oysters and enjoyed a nice plate of truly delicious lobster linguine, stripping the flesh of half the lobster down to the last "leg"! Furthermore, I also had the opportunity to eat fried "combs", a "humble" but genuine fish typical of our sea, which I had last tasted twenty years ago when returning from fishing with my uncle.
