16/01/2024: I went to this restaurant with my family, with a menu chosen for us together with Enrico. The servings were really small though and tasted good. The appetizers to share were a spoonful each! He had added dessert and sparkling wine to the menu but then he didn't want to serve it to us... upon my second request he brought us a bottle for €1.29 which they sell by the penny which wasn't the best after a menu costing 65 euros each! Quite a nice environment but with a strong smell of sewage, the owner, after we had paid, did not send us off with a nice greeting and a thank you but only turning around and going to clear the glass! The cube is good...but everything else is not! NEGATIVE!

02/03/2024: Quello che mi è successo ha del surreale (è la seconda e deduco ultima volta che vado). Vado per fare colazione e chiedo una brioscina vuota. La commessa al bancone mi porge un pezzo dolce, nel frattempo vado al bancone a chiedere un cappuccino di soia: c'è un ragazzo giovane e una signora più anziana. A quest'ultima do il buongiorno: a voi ha risposto? A me no. Vabbe...Nel frattempo che il ragazzo mi prepara il cappuccino do un morso al pezzo dolce che scopro essere ripieno di marmellata e ho un grosso problema: sono allergica ad alcuni frutti e alcune marmellate e in ogni caso non mi piacciono e non è ciò che ho chiesto (quella penso fosse stata di albicocca, se fosse stata di fragola o pesca dovevo correre in ospedale). Qui arriva il bello: vado dal ragazzo alla cassa che gentilmente mi ritira il pezzo sbagliato e mi da il pezzo dolce giusto, e la signora anziana inizia a dire frasi del tipo: " Eh...problemone eh!!" "Uh quanta pazienza". Alchè deduco che sta parlando di me e intervengo dicendo che prima di tutto sono allergica ad alcuni frutti e poi se ho chiesto una brioscina vuota non vedo perché mi devo mangiare una cosa che non ho chiesto e sentirmi anche presa in giro per questo. Voglio specificare che errare è assolutamente umano e la cosa poteva finire lì col cambio (mi sono anche offerta di pagare la brioscina alla marmellata ma non me l'hanno fatta pagare) il problema sono i commentini della signora, veramente maleducata e non più adatta a stare dietro a un bancone, forse è il caso vada in pensione se è stanca.

05/05/2024: Small location, absent waiters.. To order the dishes I had to get up and bring the order because the young lady was busy looking at the phone and never came... Food quality not so good. Not quality rice, overcooked. Grilled prawns, you could only have them once and yet we were at dinner.. Tartar doesn't exist.. The terrible ravioli.. Dirty bathroom. One star because it was Labor Day. 💥The only good thing is that uramaki are 4 not 8 and they accept dogs.

23/04/2024: Best sushi in the area hands down. Our point of reference even if we have closer ones. Very high quality and very kind staff. You eat like God! Best sushi in Valdarno/Valdelsa!

04/04/2024: Nice place, terrible food but its salvation is the staff, kind and friendly, compliments to the Barman who always manages to surprise us with top revisitations! Campari Spritz infused with rosemary HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The girl in the room was very professional.

27/03/2024: VIP environment, perfect location, a lot is expected, but it doesn't live up to expectations, non-existent service, nothing special buffet, normal value for money. The only exception is the guy behind the counter, not bad cocktails, well done! Other than that I don't recommend it.

18/03/2024: Excellent "by the meter" pizzeria. Lots of flavors and beers on tap and in bottles, including craft ones. Only one type of dough but really good and digestible, not burnt underneath. Located on the Lungarno a stone's throw from the center of Empoli. Also for takeaway. They serve some appetizers like coccoli and ham or chips, no first courses. Update 2024: I am pleased to see that they have expanded and there is a new internal room. A little slow in serving but on Saturday it was actually full. Prices have increased, like almost everywhere: pizzas from 12 euros on average and craft beers from 7 euros up.

17/12/2023: Usually the food is good, but this time the fillet was full of sinews and the fat tasted old. I left it. Too bad. It is important to maintain quality if you want to retain customers. The fillet with green pepper is covered in sauce so it is not possible to see the actual fillet... In the kitchen, yes!

09/12/2023: I would say excellent, Its strength is the splendid menus. We went for lunch, there were two of us and we didn't book it. The environment is immediately welcoming. We were craving meat and ordered 3 seconds which we split. Tripe, wild boar morsels, a rotisserie. The tripe was good, the wild boar was spectacular, the rotisserie wasn't bad, but it looked impressive. On the side, two posrsuliobi of roasted potatoes, which are also good. Finally two desserts, also really good. We had a good time, I must say a nice surprise. The only flaw was the bill, since we didn't take wine but water I expected less 3 seconds 2 the water 2 contours 2 desserts 2 place settings €80 €40 each, personally I think the guy at the checkout was wrong, which is why I give the service one star, our fault for not checking, however they were very good.

10/02/2024: Beautiful place, the food is great and the staff is top! I would only advise not to leave smoking in the outside box because someone can't get there alone and smoking while eating could make someone laugh! 😊 otherwise top!

02/02/2024: Situato in centro nella piazza principale...location frizzante ...ottima pizza e dolci superlativi..personale attento e disponibile..l unica cosa negativa è l esposizione del buffet, troppo nel passaggio. Per il resto ok lo consiglio
