06/09/2023: The ice cream is average, the environment is small but well kept, unfortunately charging 30 cents for the wafer to put on the cone (in my opinion) means not knowing how to treat the customer, of course, if one takes 25 it's clear, but with a €3 cone if you don't even give away a wafer you're wrong. The flavors are quite normal, there aren't many choices, but what you find is a classic and is always good.

29/08/2023: One of the best ice creams ever, they have been open for many years now and the quality has NEVER failed. Many excellent flavors are definitely above average (such as the chocolate cremino) and the pistachio/cream granita is also excellent The owners are very kind and courteous

I will simply say that in addition to being a vegetarian restaurant, it is a multifunctional social cultural space home to some socially committed associations such as Libera. The natural view of the Florentine plain is beautiful but there is no need to go there, it is also enjoyable elsewhere. The music was very loud and the whole evening was unbearable. Experience not to be repeated.

02/04/2024: An exquisite and clean place for someone who wants an after-dinner treat! The pangoccioli are highly recommended; spacey and large, with lots of chocolate chips and honey on top (or icing sugar, I couldn't tell), just to add an extra drop of sweetness. We also purchased two personalized donuts, with creams of all flavors and biscuit crumbs. The amount of sugar on the donuts is inconvenient and a little annoying, a little intrusive between the softness of the cake and the creams. If I'm not mistaken, there are also some savory delicacies. The only flaws were the parking, indicated below, inconvenient and difficult to find if you want to park in front of the shop, and the lack of introduction to the specialties; having been there for the first time this evening, it took us a long time to choose and we were not encouraged to choose anything in particular, much less helped to compose our personalized desserts even though we were the only ones in the place. Despite everything, the bill was around €13 for five pangoccioli and two personalized donuts. Price suitable for the quality of the desserts offered! (A photo of the timetable is then attached, given that on the internet we found different timetables for each site we found...)

I can offer a sincere opinion: the commitment of the owners is truly admirable. They are always present during the busiest days and, at the same time, are ready to downsize when demand drops. However, the way they relate to new staff could be an obstacle if they are not supported in conveying their passion for the products they make. I am referring to the commitment of employees, who are often inexperienced in managing customer loyalty. I noticed, on several occasions, a certain distraction on the part of the staff, limited to formulating pre-set questions for customers. But I would like to underline that this observation should be taken with caution, as it does not always occur. However, the owners' commitment to creating quality products and the passion they put into the business to make it prosper over time is evident. It is also important to consider the price of the products, which fluctuate between €2 and €2.50 per unit. Even if these are small items, the cost may encourage you to spend more. However, this strategy, well developed by the owners, may not favor a real connection with the customer. The young and inexperienced employees, perhaps, are unable to fully grasp the passion of the owners, therefore displaying a colder contact with customers.
