20/02/2024: Siamo passati con gli amici,per visitare la magica Bolgheri e bere un vino serio,ci siamo fermati qui alla bolgherese, e subito siamo stati accolti da una simpatica ragazza credo sia la proprietaria, siamo stati serviti con un delizioso antipasto misto e una pappardella al sugo di anatra, la consiglio,e uno spettacolare Bolgheri superiore il conto assolutamente in linea con quello preso...
20/02/2024: Mi sono trovato molto bene ci ritorno molto volentieri, personale gentile ed educato ci siamo fermati per la pausa pranzo e siamo rimasti sorpresi per sapori e professionalità grazie

30/01/2024: The pappardelle with wild boar, although good, was very heavy and indigestible. The surprise was the bill, 55 euros for 2 first courses and 2 glasses of red wine.

17/03/2024: Walking through the hamlet, this beautiful little restaurant with seats made from wine crates caught our attention. We took a platter for two people, all with cold cuts produced by them (ham, finocchiona, porchetta), cheese, mushrooms and turmeric bombetta with lard (this too was made by them).
We then added some bruschetta with sausage and stracchino and Tuscan pâté. Two excellent glasses combined. Price in line with the place.

09/01/2024: Come al solito ogni anno ritorniamo in questa osteria con una bella location e personale affabile e preparato per gustare penso la migliore carne della zona, sia se cruda oppure alla brace. Non parliamo poi della lista dei vini, che dire favolosa. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

03/03/2024: An invitation from a friend who wanted to offer us lunch in this place he has been frequenting for 20 years.
A truly remarkable experience because beyond the first courses what I find truly excellent is the ability to make fried rabbit, lamb and artichokes which is not for everyone.
Cooked to perfection and above all few people do it.

But they had added €0.10 to everything except the cotto and mozzarella which they had added €0.20
THEY WANTED TO CHEAT US!!

27/03/2024: La Locanda del Pittore in Bolgheri is an authentic hidden gem in the splendid Tuscan countryside. I had the pleasure of tasting the delicious Topini della Franca, a dish that conquered my palate with its delicacy and refinement. But the real highlight was the beef bell, a dish that struck a chord with my taste buds with its tenderness and enveloping flavours. The welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service complete the gastronomic experience at this inn. I highly recommend anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience to stop at Locanda del Pittore.

Friendly staff.
The wine list gives you a wide choice of local wines and beyond.
The homemade pasta was very good but I would have preferred my Maremma tortelli with truffle and porcini mushrooms with fresh truffle rather than sauce.
Homemade sweets. The portion of the tiramisu we got was a bit small.
27/01/2024: Abbiamo cenato nella veranda di questa trattoria per tre sere durante la nostra vacanza a Marina di Bibbona e il cibo è ottimo: antipasti, primi, secondi della tradizione toscana e da bere un ottimo Bolgheri.
Prezzi un po' alti, ma nella zona sono tutti più o meno così.
Consigliato!

25/02/2024: Capitati per caso, attratti dalle vetrine esterne. Locale giapponese tipico moderno, ampissimo e al completo con doppio turno. Le offerte ordinabili tramite cellulare sono tantissime anche con piatti non disponibili in altri ristoranti Sushi frequentati in diverse altre città. Servizio veloce, nonostante i tanti commensali. Consigliabile.

02/12/2023: Location curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, semplicemente favolosa. Pietanze buonissime e prodotti di prima qualità presentati benissimo. La titolare ed il figlio chef gentili e amorevoli, si rimane con il desiderio di tornare a trovarli!

30/03/2024: The waiter with the mustard yellow sweater, DANIELE, is very nice and very helpful. We asked for extra chocolate and he was very kind and very quick to accommodate the request.
The environment is very nice, I recommend the visit.

Various choice of blends, in grains, ground and pods. Very kind, both in person and by requesting information via email. Thank you! Obviously highly recommended.
