17/03/2024: How rude! Returning from Versilia with my children (9/9/14) and a couple of friends with their 6 year old, we decide to stop in this restaurant. I call and make a reservation. We arrive, we sit down and the owner arrives, who in a really rude tone tells us that in his restaurant there is only the fixed menu (first course, second course, water, wine, coffee...) at €17 (for the love of God, a really low price) . I kindly ask how it works for children since the three under 10 years old would never have eaten so much! He replies even more rudely than for them, ditto, I'll take the stuff home if I don't eat it. Then he adds that out of 7 people he can make 6 menus and therefore leave the smallest child alone. I ask my friends what they want to do and he impatiently and truly rudely orders us to decide quickly because he sells our table quickly (the place is almost empty). Honestly, in front of such treatment, in front of 4 children, I no longer made calculations and said with no small embarrassment that we would leave...the owner then in an even worse tone told me "but now what do I do with the table that I held for you???" Maybe to tell me to stay and be on his terms. After a second he took away the ordered bottles of water, turned his back on us and walked away. I didn't know about the menu, he could have reiterated it a thousand times, but instead we were treated really badly with kindness. Terrible service

31/03/2024: This ice cream shop is a small but precious discovery in the beautiful village of San GIULIANO terme, just outside Pisa.. Impeccable service, informal but refined environment (the square it overlooks allows children to play and is perfect for cooling off on summer evenings!) and a lot of choice between hot crepes, stuffed yogurt, spectacular sweets and then him, the ICE CREAM. The courtesy and smile with which you are welcomed is the beginning of a journey through flavors that range from the fruitiest ones (strawberry, raspberry...) to the warmer and creamier ones (and even greedy... like Kinder Bueno or Kinder Pingui), which change according to the season and holidays (don't miss the "horror" flavors of Halloween or the romantic ones of Valentine's Day!). Also perfect for gluten intolerants given the variety of choice... But above all, if you have the opportunity to try, don't miss the ice cream maker's amazing birthday cakes... thanks to her our little girl had the most beautiful (and delicious!) birthday party of her life: a strawberry/chocolate cake with Favorite superheroine above (Ladybug!). The cakes are all customizable in flavors and decorations... resisting until the candles blew out was hard!!! What can I say...we will definitely be back! 😍

02/03/2024: Con la nuova gestione, la qualità della pizza non è più quella del vecchio Forno d'oro. Marinara condita con tanto pomodoro e salsa all'aglio, pizza bianca con pomodorini e bufala (?) alla quale è stato necessario aggiungere sale per dare un po' di sapore. Abbiamo ordinato anche la pasta fritta che era di colore marrone scuro, fritta e rifritta nello stesso olio per chissà quante volte. Deludente

28/01/2024: I know the hamlet, I didn't know the pizzeria our friends took us to. I was amazed by the location since it is accessed from the main road, but from which there are no signs, visible only on the entrance located under a house. Having said that, a nice place, pleasant family service and excellent pizzas, but cooked in a container and not on the stone of the wood-fired oven.

01/04/2024: Lunch: ordered fillet with pistachio and grilled pears which was not to my taste, because the meat was very fatty and full of connective tissue, also drowned in chopped pistachios with a lot of oil. Grilled pears, these unknowns... I suggest reviewing this preparation. Good desserts and friendly service

25/03/2024: the pizza isn't that great, very classic with little choice, we happened upon it on a Saturday night and there was karaoke night and the music was too loud with everything being in a room next door we couldn't talk.

04/04/2024: I stayed at the Airone Park Hotel in Pisa for just one night. The girl I spoke to was always very kind and friendly, immediately proving to be very helpful. The room was welcoming, clean and with all comforts. Highly recommended!
