22/10/2023: The restaurant is well worth a stop, offering delicious and ample food with the most hospitable service. Each day there is a “suggested menu” consisting of an appetizer, a pasta, an entree, and dessert, all of which are available a la carte and several steak options are offered as well. A wine pairing of local wines, including a vino nobile of the villa’s own, is available. The food was much better than anything we found in town and the experience was incomparable - a reservation for dinner here should be sought out.

15/01/2024: We have been members of the Perbacco Wine Club for 3 years. Their well-curated wine selection always exceeds our expectations. The customer service feels very personal. It is almost like having your own sommeliers. On our recent trip to Montepulciano, we tried their Italian Wine Tasting with a Professional Sommelier. Tassos was very thorough and thoughtful. He helped us get a much more in-depth understanding and appreciation of Tuscan wines. I highly recommend you join the wine club and, when you are in Montepulciano, take their wine tasting class. You will be more than satisfied.

19/08/2023: The noble wine was good but we weren't crazy about the cured meats and cheeses. I expected more. Too expensive!

11/03/2024: Arrivati venerdì sera, siamo stati accolti da Ruben e accompagnati nella camera "Fiasco". Ambiente caldo, accogliente e pulizia impeccabile, dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante "Indigeno", serviti da Jacopo che ci ha consigliati e spiegato tutti i piatti in modo dettagliato. Prodotti eccellenti, dall' antipasto al digestivo. La prima colazione, già presente al tavolo, è stata molto ricca dal salato al dolce. Alle 11.30 abbiamo fatto la visita alle cantine accompagnati da Ruben e infine la degustazione di tre ottimi vini. Ho ricevuto anche un presente per il mio compleanno! È stata un'esperienza fantastica e rilassante, circondata da un paesaggio immerso nel verde delle sue vigne. Da ripetere sicuramente!

09/03/2024: Siamo partiti da Roma alla volta di questa fantasia casa vinicola, al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente da tutto lo staff... Abbiamo cenato presso il loro ristorantr "L' indigeno". Cibo buonissimo e tutto a km zero, la gentilezza di Jacopo ( che ci ha illustrato tutto il menù) e di Ruben,il sommelier, che ci ha illustrato i vini e la cantina sono state ineccepibili. Paesaggio incantevole e location da sogno. Torneremo! Complimenti ancora ragazzi! Buona fortuna

29/09/2023: What an amazing treat! The food fresh from the garden or the nearby producers (great cheese), excellent friendly service, the atmosphere - cozy and elegant at the same time, with Tuscan hills and old town skyline spreading right before you. Marta the chef reached out to us in advance to say hello. Her menu was inspiring. Wish we had more time in Montepulciano to try more of the vegetarian creations.

09/09/2023: Our 5 course tasting menu was fabulous, service was outstanding, and Marta was a delight! I was worried that there wouldn't be enough food but we were absolutely stuffed. We enjoyed trying new dishes such as the long grain red rice which I now have in my Amazon cart. The small zucchini were the best I've ever tasted. The grounds and view we're gorgeous, we're we glad we arrived early to enjoy them. I wish we had more days here for a return visit.

03/03/2024: Frequentato da sempre per pranzo di lavoro,prima volta a cena,ma come sempre una garanzia, ampio menù toscano, soprattutto braceria, con qualche scelta di piatti di pesce e pizza toscana sottile cotta a legna .Selezione di vino ampia e dolci caserecci .rapidi e cortesi, consigliato

16/02/2024: Toscana, un ristorante romantico sotto pini e cipressi? Niente affatto. Il ristorante si trova proprio accanto all'autostrada, non lontano da dove sono parcheggiati enormi camion in un enorme parcheggio. Tuttavia, il ristorante è quasi un cult. Un consiglio da insider. Fortunatamente, pochi stranieri si perdono qui. L'accoglienza è cordiale. Il proprietario ci dice che il ristorante esiste dal 1968. L'interno è sobrio e ristrutturato. Tutto è completamente pulito. I tavoli non sono vicini, quindi si può parlare indisturbati. Qui mangiano molti camionisti. Ma anche medici, giornalisti e operai. Qui si può ancora trovare un pezzo della vera, vecchia Italia senza lo chichi. Il cibo è semplice, ma molto buono. Tagliatelle al ragù: meravigliose. Scaloppine al limone: molto buone. Vino rosso aperto, molto buono. Pizze molto buone la sera, ampia scelta. E dopo cena si può prendere un digestivo al bar, come nella vecchia Italia. Due svizzeri che conoscono molto bene la regione.

25/08/2023: Food was average taste and quality. Poor and clumsy table service. The waiter forgot my order in a party of 6 so had to wait 15 minutes after all other food arrived. The waiter did not attend to us for a very long time. Overall fancy appearing restaurant with not attentive wait staff. The Florentino steak was too far done (medium) despite asking for traditional rare style.
