26/03/2024: A slightly cramped environment, on a covered veranda, chilly, but in a very central position, in the main square of Radicondoli.
Discreet dishes, not too careful in presentation; for the starters the pate was good but the bread was too thick; the first courses didn't completely convince us: the pici had a slightly bitter aftertaste, the tagliatelle had overcooked, but the combination of artichokes and bacon was good even if we would have preferred it diced rather than crunchy slices over the pasta .
The desserts were good, the service was a little slow but courteous, but they forgot to put the bread at the table.
12/11/2023: Happened by chance on a splendid November day... What can I say? Excellent food, attentive and friendly service and tables placed on a veranda right in the main square of the historic center. Last pleasant surprise, the bill! Absolutely worth trying!

Superb meat cooked using the woodfire grill they've in the kitchen.
Better call for reservation earlier enough.
Bit crowded at noon during weekdays, that means it worths it!

24/03/2024: We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday, despite the confusion of Sunday lunch we were welcomed in the best possible way, helping ourselves to what was left in the kitchen.
Pici with white ragù simply fantastic, personally the best I've ever eaten
Super homemade tiramisu
Rustic place but the atmosphere is that of any welcoming home

05/02/2024: Difficile trovare un parcheggio e i prezzi sono un po' altini, ma alla fine nel complesso tutto buono e personale gentile.
Abbiamo preso diverse cose.
Come antipasto i crostini misti che erano buoni, ma erano pochi, di dimensioni piccole e per il loro costo non valgono la pena.
Due primi: i pici e la ribollita. Entrambi buonissimi e le porzioni erano abbondanti.
I dolci abbiamo preso solo la cheesecake al pistacchio, buonissima ma il pistacchio non si è sentito.

29/10/2023: Wirklich gute trattoria in Belmonte
Tolle Lage mit einer Terrasse von der man einen überwältigenden Ausblick über die toskanischen Hügel genießt.
Wir hatten tagliatelle mit Wildschweinsauce - selten so eine gute Pasta gegessen, Ragout war auch sehr gut - etwas fett, geschmacklich gut gewürzt nahe an einer Bolognese dran.
Danach eine hauchdünne Pizza la Bomba mit Speck, Bohnen und salsicce - dieser dünne Teig ist nicht so meine Sache, fast wie ein elsässischer Flammkuchen…
Aber der Geschmack ein Zaubertraum
Abzüge gibt’s für Olivenöl, Essig aus dem einwegsackerl statt ordentlicher Menage für den Salat.
Extrem preiswert - € 8 für eine Pizza!

But the food we ordered wasn’t…
We ordered risotto that was just rice with few mushrooms and tomato pasta that was ok minus.
BUT we didn't order the pizza from the tabon which seems to be the specialty!
Worth a try for the pizza and the great service 🙏
