27/03/2024: Rudeness and arrogance of the owner Graziella!! . I had an appointment at 6 pm with Mrs. Grazziella to view the room for my daughter's birthday party. He shows up half an hour late without even apologizing. She starts by telling me that they don't have oratory parties (already an insipid comment here in my opinion) but let's move on she shows me the room and the playground while talking while walking and I follow her behind, we go back to the room and she tells me now I don't have time to follow her because I have customers who arrive to eat (without even looking at me), I point out that I had arrived promptly at 6pm as agreed. The lady starts screaming telling me she doesn't have time to waste on me!!! I greet the lady telling her that in my opinion she is not well and very rude under the eyes of her husband and the employees who I understand are used to seeing the lady treat customers badly by also reading the other reviews. Stay away from this place and especially from the very rude arrogant lady!!!

08/10/2023: Schönes Kaffee/Bistro am Ende der Fußgängerzone von Arco. Hier kehren wir nun schon seit Jahrzehnten nach jeder Shoppingtour durch die Outdoor- und Klettergeschäfte ein. Der Cappuccino ist immer noch super und die Snacks sehr schmackhaft. Preislich geht hier alles in Ordnung.

Stayed here on a sheering holiday can honestly say I would never come back to this hotel, staff how ever amazing allwaus helpful, give advice ect Food breakfast and lunch/dinner allways the same food , tea/dinner mixed stuff wasn't amazing one day we had chips otherwise it was bassically pasta pasta and more pasta, I lived of bread the whole time I was there it felt 😂 All inclusive - may need to relook at this drinks start at 10am finish at 10am you have Ur food in the morning 7-9 then from 9 till 12 you can't use the drink machine Rooms - basic very very basic TV none smart all Italian other then 422 which was English shower is a death trap IV slipped so many times as the floor uneven lucky I didn't fall manage to grab on to something had to put towels down to prevent this and still slipped Hotel- good hotel friendly staff no entertainment atall so by 8 o'clock you ate your food you where in bed as drinks ended at 10 allways ended up going for a walk but being bitten by mositowos(fly's) Hotel- October is very cold or warm depends but they didn't allow us to use heating in the rooms and turned this off for everyone was told it's broke, that's a lie so everyone was cold or come down with the flu Overall 2/5 and that's just because the staff was nice Wouldn't come back and I would say avoid onless your into going bed at 8pm

17/10/2023: Das hotel ist für das preisleidung top. Hier und dort gibt es Stellen was nicht schön aussieht aber die außenanlage ist ok. Der Pool ist mir zu öffentlich man könnte ihn was abschirmen das die Badegäste was für sich sind. Das grosse mancko ist, es ist keine Beschriftung am hotel was das für eins ist. Bei der Anfahrt haben wir es erstmal suchen müssen. Von der Straße aus sieht man das hotel nicht noch nichtmal ein Hinweisschild. Das könnte man besser machen. Im grossen und ganzem war ich zufrieden und würde wieder herkommen.

14/10/2023: Elegant place in the center of Arco for a breakfast, brunch or an aperitif. Very well furnished inside and modern outside, overlooking the park. The brioches are excellent, as are the pastries available in the window. Excellent prices for the location, very clean room as well as the bathroom easily accessible to disabled people. Paid and free parking in front a few steps away. Wine display case provided. Very friendly owner, highly recommended place.

24/03/2024: Food comes way too late, service is overwhelmed and forgets orders, menu is incomprehensible and unstructured. There are also hardly any vegetarian dishes available.
