I would say excellent is an understatement
Very refined food maintaining the characteristics of the typical ingredients of the Val di Sole
The owners are very courteous and competent
They will definitely come back
18/02/2024: I've been to this restaurant a lot of times and it's always a guarantee. It is a place with typical Trentino cuisine. Both the service and the dishes are exceptional. You can find traditional dishes that have been cooked using local and excellent quality raw materials. Some dishes on the menu are gluten-free and there is the possibility of eating without the risk of contamination, given the attention of the staff.
