I consider this bar the best in the province so far, a real diamond in the rough.

07/01/2024: Do 1 stella ma ne avrei date meno! Premetto che sono un cliente abituale che ordina ogni domenica. Negli ultimi due ordini sono rimasto completamente deluso dal servizio e dalla poca correttezza del locale! Vi racconto l’ultima esperienza che è analoga alla prima. Ordino due pizze e una porzione di patatine circa alle 19 per averle fra le 20:45 e le 21:15. Alle 21 e 20 chiamo il locale che mi dice che il rider è in arrivo, ma non era vero. Dopo 30’ richiamo abbastanza alterato, mi rassicurano al telefono dicendomi che il rider è appena arrivato e che le pizze vengono preparate non appena il rider si presenta al locale. La pizza mi arriva ad entrambi gli ordini alle 10, riscaldata, con consistenza di una suoletta di scarpe e preparata sicuramente almeno 45’ prima. Non tollero la scorrettezza del locale nel rassicurarmi dicendomi che la pizza sarebbe stata comunque ottima e appena sfornata. La prima volta sono stato zitto, ma ora non lo posso tollerare. Che senso ha? Vi costava tanto rifare una margherita ad un cliente abituale? Che vergogna, avete perso un cliente. Se volete una pizza che vi arrivi calda a casa, cercatela altrove!

21/09/2023: A wonderful cafe/restaurant tucked away in the fortified town of Enna sat atop a hill overlooking nearly the whole of Sicily. Sat next to the Duomo, this establishment serves beautiful fresh pastries, rich espresso and cool Sicilian birra. The owners are kind and helpful, especially when you drop a few drinks! Mind the step! What a wonderful place!

18/02/2024: Difficilmente giudico attività, perché conosco il lavoro che ci dovrebbe essere dietro. Ma in questo caso è giusto far sapere, per il rispetto dovuto al prossimo cliente. Che paga, soprattutto per un servizio, ed ha diritto ad un corrispettivo adeguato. Compleanno di due adolescenti con richiesta di tavolo per 24 persone. Nonostante la prenotazione sia avvenuta settimane prima, all'arrivo i ragazzi vengono sistemati in due tavoli separati e, per di più, mancano anche 3 coperti. Alle nostre rimostranze ci informano che quello era e nulla si poteva modificare, se non ficcare i coperti mancanti stringendo i posti ai tavoli. Impossibile unire i due tavoli, non c'è stato nulla da fare. Se questa è la ristorazione abruzzese penso che ci sia molto ancora da fare. Ma spetta agli utenti mandare i giusti messaggi. In sostanza: servizio pessimo/inesistente con cibo e prezzi standard. Tirate le somme. P.S. Se fosse dipeso solo da me, lì avrei fatti alzare tutti per portarli al Mc Donald's, che quantomeno rispetta le aspettative. E, forse, i ragazzi, con cui ci siamo successivamente confrontati, avrebbero pure capito ed appoggiato la scelta. Addios
