Chef Renato Martino will give you the best possible crash course in Campania cuisine through your choice of a meat/land-based menu or seafood-based menu.
The restaurant's sommelier is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the restaurant's extensive wine list to find a local wine that suited our tastes.
The delicious food, beautiful presentation, and warm hospitality has certainly earned Vairo del Volturno's mention in the Michelin guide.
For anyone traveling in the Naples/Caserta area, this is definitely a restaurant worth seeking out.
