They continue to only provide the pre-order receipt, unless you pay by debit card or specifically ask for the receipt.
The pre-order receipt is not taxable but just a good way to avoid taxes.
I absolutely don't resent anyone who forgets the receipt in the confusion, but in this place it's a habit and if you ask for it they look at you askance.
It almost seems that no one controls those who abuse these attitudes.
Who knows if it will be like this next time too

I must say that it is an excellent ice cream shop, it doesn't have a super wide choice of flavors, as is fashionable in many ice cream shops, but the ones they have are really good. Average price in the area, but enhanced by the kindness of the sales assistants.

28/09/2023: We went on the first Sunday of September, clean beach, lots of space between the rows of umbrellas (which was very welcome) and it's an establishment where we can bring our four-legged friends 😍 even equipped with a shower for them! We had lunch in their restaurant, quite generous portions and fresh dishes!
22/09/2023: The staff are all very kind and helpful and at beach level I would say there is nothing to say. As regards the restaurant, however, among what I have tried in the area, it is the worst on the beach with a truly inadequate quality-price ratio.

22/01/2024: The best pizza for my son in Lido degli Estensi. We'll be back very soon. Super large selection, very fast and super fresh. At lunchtime it's half price, around 1.50 per pizza, which also tastes amazing. See you in the summer, dear Idea Pizza team

02/03/2024: Quí in piadineria ci arriviamo sempre in bici da Comacchio,non essendo ancora alta stagione ci si arriva comodamente,prendiamo solitamente piade o panini kebab che sono sempre ottimi, il servizio è veloce ma pecca di servizi igienici perché non ci sono, ci si appoggia a quello della sala giochi ma l'ultima volta che siamo andati era fuori uso anche quello,per tale motivo non posso dare 4 stelle ...
02/03/2024: Here we always get to the piadineria by bike from Comacchio, as it is not yet high season we can get there comfortably, we usually get piadina or kebab sandwiches which are always excellent, the service is fast but there are no toilets because there are no toilets, we rely on the one in the games room but the last time we went it was out of order too, for this reason I can't give it 4 stars...

19/09/2023: The girls are very helpful, always courteous, very nice, nothing to say, the only thing is that the bathroom doesn't have a key to lock, otherwise there's nothing to complain about, I've been going there for years and I'm always happy to come back

19/10/2023: I stopped in for lunch with my family. They offered us the single course for €15 which includes a first and second course, water and a glass of wine/small beer. Very good food. Very kind waiters. I would say an excellent solution considering the exaggerated prices found at the Lidos these days.

29/03/2024: Unfortunately, new management has been in place for a couple of days, with all due respect, the two women who are there are unable to serve the ice cream, which is very small and placed very badly on the cone. I'm very sorry but I don't know if it will last. Other people complained. I was a very loyal customer.

24/07/2023: Premetto che la recensione riguarda il solo ristorante del Bagno Spina, in quanto frequento un altro stabilimento balneare di Spina, ma ovviamente non manco di provare alternative in zona.
Abbiamo prenotato con amici per la cena di un sabato; il locale è semplice ma curato, il menu ha un'offerta molto varia, tra antipasti, primi e secondi, incluso opzioni per piatti senza glutine, cosa assolutamente non scontata. Personale giovane, molto cortese e disponibile, i piatti ordinati sono piaciuti, personalmente ho preso tagliolini ai calamari, piatto semplice ma gustoso. I prezzi sono nella norma, in alcuni casi più bassi rispetto ad altri bagni.
In definitiva, siamo rimasti soddisfatti, torneremo senz'altro, magari stavolta a pranzo.
