04/04/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the Nido del Corvo restaurant this evening, and the experience was simply extraordinary. I began my culinary journey with an exquisite tuna tartare, followed by a delicate sea bass carpaccio that melted in my mouth. The oysters with maracuja were an explosion of freshness and flavour, while the mussels and congoles expertly enhanced the flavor of the sea. The cold appetizer was a perfect introduction to the robust and delicate flavors that would follow. But the real star of the evening was the pineapple carpaccio with berries, my favorite dessert. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable dinner. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavours, presented with great care and attention to detail. 17/03/2024: A place with attention to detail, very refined, good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the terrace overlooking the lake was very beautiful.
