07/01/2024: We just went to eat and it was all delicious! The owner was very kind, we opted for the tasting menu. Mixed appetizer with vegetable omelette, Russian salad, lard and fennel salad, first the ravioles from Val Varaita, second with morsels of Lanzo meat with carrots and potatoes and for dessert a choice of various cakes I had the apricot tart. Everything was superb and the bill was totally within the norm. Advised!
