23/03/2024: Booked a month ago to eat Piedmontese mixed fried food, and I found the owner who put us in a remote corner between the pizzeria oven and toilets...... and to think that we were among the first to book! We sit down and the waitress comes and asks us for still or sparkling water......? And he's wrong! They start serving around 1pm waiting for all the customers..... but! ..... where is the menu at the table? 3 mini appetizers to only dirty the plate..... then the unbalanced Piedmontese mixed fried food... of which 10 courses of salty meat and vegetables which are not part of the real fried food..... and only 3 courses dessert... the apple breaded and not in batter.... the pavesino not with hazelnut cream but with jam...... semolina as small as a dice... the very greasy fried food... then one of the waiters kept calling if we wanted more.... despite all the courses being served individually..... I have done this job for more than 20 years but seeing that tongs were used to serve... that made me you place the plates on the table to put them clean and when you lift up the circle of dirty black halo remains.... and many other things I have seen..... but at this point... enough.... 40 euros each without having finished.... we got up without knowing what was next.... nauseated and bloated...... shame.....

16/03/2024: Very "good" place, typical trattoria, clean with friendly staff. Typical good and genuine dishes. The wine list is a bit poor with Roero producers.... A very informal place to spend in the company of friends who love a typical evening in a trattoria. The pizza is also good. Good quality/price ratio. We will be back.
