17/03/2024: Se cerchi un rifugio dove riscoprire la genuinità e la purezza della vera montagna questo è il posto che fa per te. Dopo una piacevole gita nella neve di circa due ore vieni accolto con un sorriso che ti ripaga di tutto lo sforzo, se poi provate la loro cucina vi innamorerete completamente di questo rifugio. Noi abbiamo preso il tagliere misto con ingredienti esclusivamente del luogo e anche la paste sono tutte artigianali fatte da loro, porzioni più che abbondanti (con un tagliere in due eravamo già pieni) e prezzi onestissimi.

17/03/2024: Weekend stay with entire family, no problem with the room for 2: nice and welcoming - apparently clean. Alas, the "manager" room booked 2 weeks before to accommodate 4 people (parents and children) was completely unprepared. First problem: cold room with no possibility of raising the temperature stuck at 17.5, 2 unmade beds without sheets, dead flies on the single beds on the mezzanine, rough balustrade (many splinters) unsafe and unstable steps on the staircase. Broken shower cubicle with glass falling off and no soap. Upon request, a boy from the team intervened, bringing the missing sheets and raising the temperature of the room by one degree. We requested a vacuum cleaner to remove the dead flies and the large amount of dust but it was never brought to us. As soon as they arrived, a member of the family was asked to connect to a site and register the documents. Normally this procedure must be carried out by the manager and NOT by the customer. As for the meals, excellent with local and abundant products. Unfortunately, the "sandwich bag" was disappointing because the sandwiches were poorly filled and the bread was of poor quality. Recommended for a good meal with friends while prices are not in line with the service offered by the "manager" room
