07/09/2023: I went there with my girlfriend at the beginning of August (after having read and heard good things about it, with the excuse of visiting the town during a weekend holiday on the Gargano). Quiet evening, with few people (being during the week) and the room/garden looks quite good to the eye. But the positive notes stop at the location, because it's better to draw a veil over the rest!!! Starting from the invasion of "winged ants" and other insects in outdoor spaces (probably due both to the climatic period and to a clear lack of specific treatments in outdoor environments to counteract this situation), which insects were particularly attracted to lights and they stormed the tables and those who were sitting there... And after a few minutes, especially noticing the disappointment on the part of other customers, the owners and waiters found themselves forced to turn off almost all the external lights, making most people dine in the dark and with the tables lit only by small candles/ lanterns which, however, solved the problem little or not at all... (and no, don't think of the "candlelight" effect because it seemed more like a makeshift lighting situation during an evening of camping gone wrong). The fact is that insects on the plate or not (unfortunately), the undertaking was not worth the expense: The dishes seem well presented both in the menu and in the description given by the waiters and consequently also in the idea that one has regarding what their appearance and flavor would be, but then when they arrive and you taste them, they are not all that. a lot and above all the portions were really skimpy (in addition to having noticed that many things in the menu were described in an "ambiguous" way given that it was not specified whether, for example, there was only one meatball on the plate or more than one and not even the waiters said nothing about it, always speaking strategically "in the plural")... I certainly didn't expect Trattoria-style treatment with generous portions, but neither did I expect a T-Rex-like arm from those who were responsible for preparing the dishes, which were refined in appearance but in essence they were literally "all smoke and no roast" . And charging around twenty euros just for 5 ravioli counted on the plate (quite small otherwise) really seems like theft to me, without adding and commenting on the quality/quantity/price ratio regarding the other first and second courses ordered. The fact is that my girlfriend and I left still hungry, disappointed and "bleeded" for having paid almost €100 flat out, just for having taken 1 Meatball (almost invisible and paid handsomely, which with that money would have been could have paid for a giant pizza) + 2 First Courses + 1 Second Course (divided between me and my girlfriend) + 1 bottle of sparkling water... and not a bottle of wine or other alcohol which could have justified such a disproportionate price. And then at the checkout they didn't even remove the 50 cents present in the total value...even though, given how the evening had gone, it would have been more pleasant to show understanding and apologies towards us, giving a discount of at least €2/3 of courtesy on the Total (especially in light of the discomfort caused by the insects and the "carelessness/carelessness" of the owners regarding this problem, in particular on the part of the guy dressed in a Hawaiian shirt who enjoyed playing the peacock/jester while serving drinks at the tables, lavishing numerous "dear"s and "dear"s to people, surrounding everything with cordiality but then making sure that everything was paid to the last cent, not caring about everything else)!!! If you think that the possible high national prices justify the "disproportionate" prices of this place, you are very wrong... and I think that this place goes on only "getting by", resting on the laurels of what was the any quality that perhaps was once provided. I recommend staying away and investing that money in places that really justify certain prices!!!

16/03/2024: Era da tempo che volevo provare questo locale, dato che alcuni/e conoscenti, me ne avevano parlato positivamente. La pizza, personalmente, non mi ha fatto impazzire, nulla di particolarmente trascendentale, come anche i dolci, che definirei un pò troppo pesanti. Un'altra nota sicuramente negativa, la richiesta quasi ossessiva, al termine della pizza, relativa agli amari o al dolce, da me interpretata, quasi come un invito a dover abbandonare il tavolo, dato che c'erano persone fuori in attesa, potrei sbagliarmi, capisco e rispetto il lavoro altrui, però, mi piace mangiare con calma, infatti, alla terza richiesta (questa volta di amaro), ho fatto notare che mi mancavano due "cucchiaiate" al termine del dolce.

From fish to meat, to vegetables and not just fresh pasta to pizza (in the evening), they know the ways of taste. I thank them every time. 19/11/2023: TOP ice cream shop but above all Mr. Christmas is A LEGEND!!! Spectacular variety of flavors and all delicious; we especially recommend champion mandarin and Mediterranean! The flavors are produced in rotation, so it can happen that they vary from one day to the next (and that's the beauty of it!) :) We would like to personally thank Mr. Natale for his kindness and attention to the customer: this summer at the beginning of the holiday we tasted, among many, the Mediterranean flavour, which however, due to the rotation of flavours, in the following days had been replaced by other flavours. . On the third to last day of our holiday we accidentally managed to talk to Mr. Natale and pointed out how much we liked the Mediterranean and that, however, we would probably have to wait until next year to be able to taste it again because it had no longer been exposed. Well, Mr. Natale promised us that the following day he would redo the Mediterranean just for us. And so it was!!! :) Mr. Christmas you are a legend! We won't forget her and will definitely come back to visit her!!!

03/04/2024: I've wanted to go there for a long time. They told me good things about it. I book for three. I live in rome. My daughter in London. With us, my mother who lives in the village. For an ancient bet we visit the gourmet pizzerias scattered around the world. Well, Temagna holds its own compared to many that boast a coat of arms and a phantasmagoric venue. We got three different pizzas. A spinapulci with beef cooked at low temperature. Too bad, I came for the local truffle but it wasn't there. Remedied with an excellent quality white truffle cream. The second pizza: a vegetarian charcoal dough. The third, a more classic capricciosa. All the pizzas were cooked to perfection without the burnt base. Digestible dough: sign of long leavening. Quality ingredients. Antonio is a self-taught and passionate pizza chef. Mild and gentle. It's a shame that the place is a little sacrificed. But the entrepreneurial effort is appreciable. Antonio is destined for great things. Finally, the desserts are truly fantastic. The revisited cannoli is exportable and certainly successful. Good job, everyone. It's about time there was a place worthy of respect in San Nicandro. I will gladly return to this pizzeria.

31/03/2024: Very nice, unique place. Obtained from a clerical environment, it is very bright, airy and clean. Even the toilet rooms are very clean and equipped. The starters were excellent and well prepared. The pizza too, well cooked and well seasoned. The desserts are really excellent.
