16/03/2024: Pizza in total freezing temperatures and with an unwanted guest There is one thing I hate more than all, that of being made fun of. And I really hope you have some common sense to constructively take this negative review. I call to ask about the availability of a seat and I am told that there is a table outside in a totally closed gazebo, with the mushroom that was supposed to heat the environment. Ok, I accept to book outside "indoors". Once I got there, I was already about to leave. The gazebo is not indoors as I was told but has a totally open entrance. Not a normal entrance but almost an arch through which the most total cold entered. And I don't care if it helps to facilitate the coming and going of the waiters' service. I was told a "totally enclosed" gazebo. During the evening we had a cat as a guest, who unfortunately urinated near our table. There was a sickening smell. Why didn't I ask to change tables or warn some waiter? First because it was sold out, and second because my friends felt so embarrassed that they asked me to eat quickly and leave! Among other things, the gazebo awning is tied to the iron poles in a completely approximate way. The air also enters from the side. So always to reiterate that we should have stayed "outside indoors". They take orders. The waiter, in order to place the appetizer: "Guys, there's a wait of over half an hour." "Okay, let's order an appetizer at the center of the table, come on." After 10-15 minutes we already had the pizzas on the table. Therefore the wait of over half an hour was the right psychological input to increase the average receipt. Last thing: can you avoid continuous spamming on WhatsApp or email messages, before and after dinner?
