21/02/2024: We drove from Montalbano Elicona to get there, which wasn't that far but seemed a fair old trek given the interesting road conditions. We turned up and bowled in as the doors were unlocked, but the lovely host told us the restaurant was closed. We stood around considering our next move when she agreed to cook for us anyway. The food was excellent, as was the service, and I apologise for hugging the host at the end as I got carried away by her generosity. It was my birthday, which I hadn't mentioned, and it was one I certainly won't forget for a while.

05/11/2023: che dire? insomma menu a base di funghi !alcuni buoni, altri presumo congelati da supermercato, primi piatti, raviole erano buone, tagliatelle con funghi, la pasta era buona, ma insipida , senza sapore di niente. non ho preso i secondi.

04/11/2023: Informal restaurant. Excellent dishes presented with care. I would recommend, especially in dishes with porcini mushrooms and eggs, to present them as simple as possible without too many seasonings or recipes that cover their taste.
