23/01/2024: Borgo Magliano Resort is something between independent cottages and a tourist resort, which is not a common occurrence in Tuscany. Guests have at their disposal fully equipped terraced houses located on the mountainside, the facility also has a canteen, a cafe, a drink bar open all day, and two swimming pools. The breakfasts are very varied and tasty.

06/11/2023: Pizzette buonissime!!! è vero che a Punta Ala non ci sono molte alternative, ma è un ottimo forno. Confermo che le pizzette sono speciali, ma anche le brioche. Ogni volta che ci passo mi devo trattenere per non comprare tutto :-)

The rooms of an old oil mill welcome us, surprisingly bright where nothing is left to chance: bookshop, boutique, even the bar counter, all perfect for waiting for the equipment of the room reserved for our noisy group of pedallers. The need not to gorge ourselves was respected with the proposal of a light menu but capable of enticing us to return. Excellent hot appetizers and amazing tagliatelle (with porcini mushrooms)! And those "with wild boar" excellent! Homemade desserts where the delicately fragrant cantucci definitely stand out! The service, dedicated to us, is accurate and efficient. In short, an experience that definitely deserves a repeat to confirm an excellent opinion shared by the whole group. This time, however, in limited ranks, above all to better adjust the pairings (obviously exceeding the house wine) Until we meet again !
