05/04/2024: It is literally the best place to eat in Pergine. The staff is incomparably kind and cheerful; they cook traditional Trentino dishes, simple but truly tasty, in an exceptional way (I had a pork cheek that was buttery, with pumpkin potatoes that I was really about to move); they use high quality raw materials, offer simply excellent cured meats and cheeses; the desserts are homemade and are super good (grappa semifreddo for gentlemen, recommended); you really spend a pittance in relation to the quantity of food served. If you are in Pergine, definitely stop by... It's like feeling at home!

17/12/2023: Sconsigliatissimo......!!!!!!! Propietario arrogante e cafone . Cliente sia del bar che della pizzeria da anni.....Una volta mi ha fatto aspettare un ora per 3 pizze da portare via x che ha detto che prima viene servita la gente che si siede nel locale ...!!! io credo che bisognerebbe rispettare comunque un ordine di arrivo anche se le pizze sono da asporto...altrimenti....NON FARLE ....!!!!!!! Cercando di essere buoni e dimenticare altra volta con amico...seduti fuori....festeggiavamo si sono consumati piu giri di birre medie ...( E NON POCHE !!!!..) non si è visto un salatino una patatina ....sono arrivati amici del propietario con 2 birrette piccole patatine pezzetti di pizza........ci sta ....!!! se sono suoi amici.....ma x altri clienti non sta bene......vedendo che il propietario aveva il braccino corto si è pensato di ordinare una pizza da dividerci...cortesemente si è chiesto al cameriere ...( educatissimo gentile e molto professionale .)se poteva fare una pizza con aggiunto un po piu di cose ..vista l ora e la fame e che si avrebbe pagato la differenza x l aggiunta ...dopo un po dalla porta di servizio che da sul giardino è uscito il propietario abbastanza scocciato ..dicendo cosa c è.. ?? in trentino ( SA GHELO...!!! ) le nostre pizze sono gia ben farcite ...Sempre con educazione e gentilezza si è fatto presente che visto le tante birre birre consumate la fame era aumentata..!! Al momento è finita cosi.....arrivata la pizza c erano in piu 2 fettine di fungo...una di salamino . e mezza di speck in piu....Al momento del conto 5 euro in piu....!!!!!!!!!!! NON HO ALTRE PAROLE CHE VERGOGNA ...!!! IMPARA L EDUCAZIONE E IMPARA A LAVORARE CON TUTTI I CLIENTI...!! NON SOLO CON CHI VUOI TU...!!!!!!! Una nota di cogratulazioni al personale che a differenza del maleducato propietario è cordiale gentile e sorridente ..!! E....MOLTO EDUCATO...!!!!!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO A TUTTI........!!!!!!!!!!

17/11/2023: A welcoming place just outside Pergine, this restaurant offers good food and solid service. It doesn't excel, but it's a satisfying choice for those looking for a quiet dining experience. The location just outside the city adds a touch of serenity. Recommended for a relaxing evening.

05/03/2024: Passing through Pergine Valsugana, I stopped with some friends at the Hotel Al Ponte to enjoy an aperitif. Hotel where I stayed a few weeks ago and which left me speechless with its professionalism from all points of view. We took some glasses of wine and the owner, with her "Savoir Faire" and her friendliness, showed up with a tray full of gastronomic delicacies, which I personally called "Tyrolean aperitif", fresh and delicious products, which I attach in the photo , so we could show off all the goodness that was in that tray. You could see that it had been prepared with a lot of love and passion. As always, an elegant and relaxing environment, surrounded by nature just a few km from Trento. For enthusiasts, the main room also features a billiards table. I highly recommend stopping for a simple aperitif, which in my opinion is equivalent to a dinner. It's worth it :)
