03/04/2024: Homemade food at a very good price. The first 6 euros and the second 8 euros at midday. Good quality and great coffee.

28/01/2024: The workers' restaurant inside the historic camping of la Salle (camping mont blanc). Usually a couple of starters, a couple of mains. Generous portions in a family run restaurant. At lunchtime it is full of local workers. There is a home made dessert or industrial ice cream. The coffee is good and the price is better! Posh clients stay away. Recommended to those who like simple food with no frills.

08/03/2024: Very small pastry shop, made even smaller by a huge counter and, in my opinion, not that useful. The tables are sacrificed and you can't move around freely. Slow service, product quality not exceptional. I don't recommend it

18/02/2024: Exceptional hot chocolate, superb chestnut cake. I will be back often!

12/03/2024: The hotel is very dirty! The round stairs, the carpet is torn and dirty.. The round hotel structure. The pool is a pool for outside children and small children, and most of the day is not available to hotel guests at all.. The breakfast is delicious and the service at the meal is good and personal. We did not have wi.fi in the room. We contacted the person in charge of the hotel and the answer he had was that if I'm not feeling well I'll move to another hotel. We will not return.

03/03/2024: I went to this “hotel” for a residential trip with school. I knew it wouldn’t be the best of places because it was a budget hotel but oh my days was i shocked about the conditions there. First of all it reaks of cigarettes. I understand if you want to smoke you can but you’re in a public place with a bunch of kids which i found disrespectful. The rooms were a complete mess with dents and all sorts of marks all around the place. The food there wasn’t the best; however, i’ll let that slide because i do understand it is how the Italians like their food to be. Me and my mate have both come back with bites on our body. I don’t know if it was fleas on the animals there within the hotel or bed bugs but that’s not the point. There is a cat and dog roaming around the hotel so if you’re allergic to either i recommend bringing tablets to stop you from breaking out to the animals. Most reviews say there is bed bugs so i wouldn’t be surprised if that was the reason i got that bite. The view overall was gorgeous being able to see the mountains. Therefore, i’d say is not worth the price of a budget hotel.

15/03/2024: Great food and drink, lovely lady runs it. Generous portions and good beer. Try the chocolate fondant if you want something decadent.

01/04/2024: Excellent leavened products, biscuits and desserts of many types. Precise and clean service, convenient parking in front of the structure If you are even 20/30 minutes away it is worth coming to have breakfast here

30/03/2024: This place was recommended to us by locals and we wanted to try it. The staff was courteous and kind to us, we liked what we ate a lot and they are careful about waste. So the place is promoted! Only flaw, few seats.

02/01/2024: Tipico ristoro di montagna, abbiamo cenato qua tutte le sere dell'intero soggiorno e "Babette" è sempre stata molto cortese e ospitale. Abbiamo richiesto se era possibile avere della minestra per i bambini e ci ha subito accontentato addirittura chiedendo se avevamo preferenze per la tipologia di verdure. Molto buona la polenta, personale sempre sorridente e gentile. Esperienza molto positiva!

26/09/2023: Piatti tipici valdostani, porzioni abbondanti e cucinati con cura. Non moltissima scelta, ma tutto estremamente buono, prezzi accessibili. Il locale non è tenuto benissimo, forse un po' vecchiotto, solo nella sala ristorante si respira un po' di aria da baita valdostana, diciamo posto alla buona. Dal terrazzo si gode di un'ottima vista panoramica. Una menzione speciale alla proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile.

22/08/2023: Expensive food. Very small portion of tartar with little flavour, served with stale bread. Very slow, inattentive service. Nice pool and the music was at a reasonable volume.

17/03/2024: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Wongade! The owner and Martina could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location was great, comfortable rooms and fabulous on site restaurant, with the added bonus of a sauna, perfect for after a days skiing! A true gem in gressoney, we will be back! One minor improvement is to maybe have coffee/tea making facilities in room - however all we had to do was ask and we were provided with all we needed no matter the time. Thank you Wongade for a truly memorable stay!

12/03/2024: The all-wooden cabin is made with attention to the smallest details, tasteful and valuable materials, room 5 is very large and romantic, an equally large bathroom with a modern shower. We stayed one evening for dinner, nice atmosphere, background music, local menu, very interesting wine list. Well presented and above all delicious dishes, smiling waitress always available for any questions. All excellent, for a correct expense compared to the service offered. Experience to be repeated.

18/02/2024: Il super G è esattamente ciò che uno non sa di volere finché non ce l’ha. Al bar c’è un’insegna luminosa che dice (in inglese) la felicità vive qui. Ed è vero. Al super G è sempre festa: la festa della gioia di vivere. Si mangia veramente bene, la musica dal vivo è così coinvolgente che persino sventolare i tovaglioli bianchi sulle note di volare diventa un gesto liberatorio. Il paesaggio è stupendo e viene naturale sorridere a tutti. È così che piano piano la consapevolezza della propria fortuna si fa strada, sciogliendo i legacci dei soliti pensieri. Come se non bastasse c’è un kids club in cui far giocare i bambini mentre si pranza. Non è forse questa la felicità?

05/04/2024: on a very rainy evening we found refuge in this place to spend a dinner with friends. the dishes are typical of the place, I took the Aosta Valley salad and the Aosta Valley steak in addition to a good bottle of local wine, the NUS Aosta Valley red. we ate well and spent the right amount. sugari and genepy did the rest :)

02/04/2024: Had lunch on Easter day with a fixed menu, no Aosta Valley dishes, the entire lunch was very disappointing, in addition to finding ourselves in a cold room. To pay 40 euros excluding drinking... and eating badly, it's better to stay at home.

04/01/2024: Cena tra amici senza pretese, la pizza era buonissima cotta nel forno a legna . Il ristorante è rinomato per il pesce, le tagliatelle al cartoccio sono buonissime e le porzioni giuste. Attesa nella norma, qualità buona e personale molto gentile .

02/01/2024: Cialtroni,maleducati e più cari della costa azzurra da dove provengo....dopo un ora di attesa per due semplici pizze,hanno servito il tavolo che era giunto sul posto mezzora dopo di noi,alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni il pizzaiolo anziano con una bella chioma bianca mi ha risposto che se l 'ora di attesa non era di mio gradimento potevo andarmene....e così ho fatto. Vergognatevi

02/04/2024: Very expensive (burger on picture is 20€), very unfriendly staff, total chaos inside no clear indication in where you have to stand in line. Staff was VERY unfriendly

14/03/2024: The polenta with mushrooms was good but everything was very expensive and the service was non-existent! Total disorganization. They won't see me again At least it's sunny and we can use the deckchairs!😜
