06/03/2024: I was recently at the Pasticceria "Il Fondente" and I must say that the experience was absolutely delicious in every sense. Located in a cozy corner of the city, this patisserie truly embodies the art of Italian pastry making. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the inviting smell of freshly baked pastries and the sight of a vast selection of delicious treats on display. After carefully examining the options, I settled on three different pastries, each of which proved to be a masterpiece of taste and presentation. To accompany this feast for the palate, I chose to enjoy a high quality coffee, and I must say that it was an absolutely right decision. The coffee was rich, aromatic and perfectly brewed, a real treat for the senses. In addition to the impeccable quality of the products, the customer service was equally exceptional. The staff were courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the different delights available, offering helpful advice and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Ultimately, my visit to the "Il Fondente" pastry shop was an unforgettable experience. If you're a fan of artisanal pastries and high-quality coffee, I can't recommend this hidden gem enough. Whether you are looking for a relaxing break during the day or a special place to delight your palate, "Il Fondente" is definitely the right place for you. I can't wait to return and try more of the culinary treasures this patisserie has to offer.

04/02/2024: I was there many years ago, the food was good, I went back a few days ago and I must say that I was completely disappointed, we had lunch in an anonymous and cold room, we had 2 starters, a beef tartare (ice cold) and a stuffed artichoke (without praise or infamy), a second course of vegetables only (such as parmigiana) and a first course of calamarata with calamari (without flavour) water and 2 coffees (served in two dirty cups) spending almost €80.00. there were many workers at lunch and probably they can't take care of everything, maybe the evening is better.
