For a few years it has also been transformed into a bar which also offers the possibility of quick lunches. The products are of quality and the people who live or work nearby reward the constant and tenacious work of the owner and her family. She, a hard-working and always present woman. I like his aperitifs. This time I saw a girl in a wheelchair among the customers.

31/03/2024: I was there with non-Italian people so I thought of a place where they could try everything, excellent pizza or whatever and I made a great impression because it was all very good... at the end of the dinner they brought us some liqueurs along with the coffees (limoncello or pistachio cream) not taken into account which I appreciated so much Highly recommended!

09/03/2024: I often order pizza scrocchiarella with my colleagues. What can I say, really good. It is not a pizza appreciated by everyone seeing the comments of others. They talk about frozen bases. That's the secret right there; pre-cooked gives a structure to the dough and spatial crunchiness (I think this is the reason why it is pre-cooked) in addition to the fact that to make it crunchy it must be cooked at lower temperatures than the classic round one and therefore with longer times. Super exceptional condiments and the search for a slightly stunning finished product, combinations of products on the wonderful menu. You will be my favorite if you can do two things: 1) Pizzeria with tables so I can eat it with the family too, 2) inclusion of a porchetta pizza, baked potatoes and provola cheese in the menu. Really well done to the owner and all the guys who work there. To conclude, I don't know what flour you use in your dough but it is certainly your strong point compared to others.
