21/02/2024: In times of drought, famine and Lent I take a moment of break to recover from the seminar of Dr. University professor Bottini, in short, a jurist. Corruption - deaths at work - certification. The title of the seminar was about Anti-Corruption etc. organized by Vega formation. I do like the dog, I mark the place. I walk where I can't. It forces us to ask ourselves, What effects do our behaviors have? Which ones for example? The arrogance of speaking on behalf of another person, for example. The consequences of certain corrupt real estate agencies, to building developers... The painting hanging in this room shows a tree-man, maimed.

16/03/2024: Ottima scelta di gusti e buona qualità assoluta. Peccato che il locale tenga il registratore di cassa costantemente aperto e non faccia scontrini soprattutto quando c'è massima affluenza....ma importa poco le tasse per loro le pagano gli altri.....

04/04/2024: Great experience in that very friendly restaurant ! Everything is fresh & homemade. It is worth to walk a little bit out of the touristic area to discover that place.

30/03/2024: Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore 😀

03/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale viste alcune valutazioni positive. Abbiamo chiesto di pranzare in 4 adulti ci hanno fatto accomodare su 2 piccoli tavolini da bar all’ingresso con il coperto costituito da tovagliette all’americana di carta . Chiesto 4 taglieri con aperitivo da 14€ cd e 4 primi piatti (1 couscous 3 lasagne al carciofo) 3 calici di vino 1 bottiglia acqua. Ci hanno portato invece un MISERO UNICO PICCOLO TAGLIERE con 50% pancetta 30% mortadella 20% prosciutto crudo e alcuni pezzettini di formaggio , coreografia con 2 foglie insalata ,alcune fettine di mela e di arancia , una microscopica ciotolina di miele e marmellata ,e SORPRESA 1 solo aperitivo di 2 dita nel calice, e contemporaneamente i 3 calici con solo 2 dita di vino (visto il costo a calice). Dopo 1 ora abbiamo chiesto notizia dei primi piatti e abbiamo aspettato altri 10 minuti per avere 1 couscous mediocre e lasagne riscaldate ustionanti e passabili. CONCLUSIONE servizio scadente e cibo scarso e mediocre , prezzo alto non corretto per la quantità e qualità di cibo e servizio. Non consigliato.

14/02/2024: We were lucky to get a table as it was full! which is why it is best to book, the place is very intimate and the decor is unusual and welcoming. We ate well by taking an aperitif "taglierino" as a starter which actually had very little of the "taglierino" because it was very filling!

03/04/2024: What prices! €4 cover charge each?! not even in a 5 star... Even the main courses are no joke... not abundant dishes. The interiors deserve a refresh. It's a shame because the place is strategic, but at these prices I won't go back

18/02/2024: Locale molto bello situato in villa Palladiana con ampi spazi all’aperto. Piatti che si fanno mangiare con gli occhi, impiantati alla perfezione e fatti con materie prima di eccellente qualità. Buona carta dei vini prezzi in linea con l’esperienza che consiglio di provare

16/03/2024: We were warned of a 20 minute wait, we took a seat anyway understanding the situation (Saturday, brunch time, place full). We order a drink after 10' while he orders it after 20'. The place empties, other tables who arrived after us eat first and after 1h 10' we finally eat. Avocado toast good but not worth the wait, as it only takes 3 minutes to make an egg If you have a small kitchen, little staff and can't keep up with the orders, rather say that you are full... and a discount would have been appreciated.

13/03/2024: Exaggerated prices, I paid 4.50 euros for a 20 cl juice and I also think that the menu is too sophisticated and does not have simple products on the agenda
