That first time I was very surprised, remaining positively attracted by the novelties, compared to the more traditional pizzas I was used to. I was well satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the different types of dough tasted, expertly cooked, as well as by the quality and good taste of the products used in the condiment combinations. I had been able to taste more types of pizza, because there were more people at the table and we had made the choice to order several pizzas cut into wedges, rather than a single pizza each. Then I went back these days, always in the company of others, and on this second occasion I thought I'd eat something less surprising because obviously it was a place I was already familiar with. In reality I was wrong, because this time too the creativity and skills of the pizza chef surprised me again, allowing us to also taste new seasonal toppings, always on different types of pizza, of impeccable quality. On both occasions, I got up from the table at the end of dinner always without any sense of heaviness and very satisfied. Add to this the kindness and courteous manner of the owner and the staff employed for table service. So I can only congratulate everyone and in particular the pizza chef, Paolo, who I would say is great in his know-how and who I also had the opportunity to get to know.
