You should give 10 stars! We had the three course menu. Everything was excellent, the Cardonay was a poem. Absolute recommendation!

When you want to describe the catering (quality, professionalism, cleanliness, details, and customer care) you have to go to this place on the seafront, very fresh fish, excellent starters, first courses and side dishes, the chef discreetly asks if everything is to your liking, explaining every detail, the service it's excellent, punctual and non-invasive, I've been to several places, this is definitely one of the best, I'll be back

Food (even gluten-free) and impeccable service! I discovered this gem thanks to a graduation party and I was super satisfied. It lived up to my expectations as, being celiac, the restaurant was very well prepared, offering me valid gluten-free alternatives. Compliments to all the staff and the chef, always available to ask how dinner was going. Highly recommended!

I have often heard about the cuisine of this country, the fresh raw seafood, always available and of great quality, the real problem was finding the right place. I admit that I entered without knowing what I would find and eat, but the location, the accuracy of the tables and the place immediately convinced me. I felt pampered and followed step by step in all the courses. My husband and I enjoyed, because we couldn't help but try them, the desired raw seafood and seafood appetizers, but what struck us was the explosion of flavors we experienced when tasting the spaghetti alla guitar with clams, saffron and truffle. Good is just a simple word, you have to come to the beautiful town, sit down and eat. Naturally in all this there is the constant presence of the chef and the service who were able to advise us in the best possible way.

If we want to nitpick, I'd say that the place isn't up to par in terms of food and service! Great culinary experience presented by the chef in every detail and served by impeccable waiters.

Contrariamente, ma solo in relazione alle abitudini culinarie di questa parte di Puglia dedita alla consumazione “ripetitiva” del crudo di mare, e poi le sue declinazioni, abbiamo optato invece, e sin dalla prenotazione, sulla scorta della stessa propria presentazione del ristorante, per rendere protagonista sua maestà la pasta fresca. Ottima scelta ! Dopo, tra altro, un fave e cicorie assolutamente meritorio di nota, due assaggi di paste ripiene con ingredienti di assoluta qualità assemblati sapientemente a sapori “ricercati” e certamente eccellenti nell’insieme. Il tortello in sfoglia di castagne con ripieno di zucca ed amaretto semplicemente delizioso. Sezione dessert particolarmente curata e variegata. In carta la presenza di interessantissimi itinerari gastronomici lascia ben intuire la varietà della cucina offerta. In tutto ciò il passaggio dello Chef in sala, con fare attento e propositivo, una nota assolutamente di merito. Certamente migliorabile la cantina e qualche disattenzione nel servizio pur sempre cortese. Nel complesso il giudizio della nostra esperienza è da ritenersi molto buona.
