A truly idyllic family inn high up in the South Tyrolean mountains! The warm atmosphere, the lovingly prepared home-made food and the cozy accommodation made our stay something special. We went to the Baumannhof for Törggelen and it was well attended - always a good sign. Despite the numerous guests, all the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Schlutzer and dumplings as a starter were a delight. The battle plate also left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately I didn't get many of the chestnuts but overall I was very happy with the quality of the food. The red wine was a bit bland but the pine schnapps was even better. If you want to sit outside you can enjoy a beautiful view. Children can let off steam outside in a sandpit and with toys. Keep it up - I'll be happy to come back!

Wir waren am 08.09.2023 mittags zum Schlutzkrapfen essen...der absolute Wahnsinn! Solche Schlutzkrapfen gibt's nirgends! Auch die Hauswurst mit den Bratkartoffeln-einfach Spitze! Selten so gute Bratkartoffeln gegessen 😍 Nicht zu vergessen die Apfelkiacherl...und dann: Mali-freundlich, natürlich, bodenständig!! Und auch der Rest der Familie super freundlich! Der Ausblick sowieso atemberaubend! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr in jedem Fall wieder und machen u.a. einen Kochkurs. Vielen, vielen lieben Dank für diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und das hervorragende Essen! 😍

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend im Baumannhof, wo wir äußerst freundlich empfangen und bedient wurden. Die Aussicht auf den Rosengarten der Dolomiten war einfach traumhaft. Das Essen, insbesondere die Schlutzkrapfen und Schlachtplatte, war köstlich, und zum Abschluss durften die Strauben und Apfelküchlein nicht fehlen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Unser Aufenthalt war uns ein Vergnügen und wir sind dankbar, Mali persönlich kennengelernt zu haben. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und kulinarisch war es ein Hochgenuß. Vielen Dank dafür. Malis Kochbuch wird uns ganz oft an die tolle Zeit erinnern. Liebe Grüße senden Caro & Holger
