Ciastel de Val In Selva di val gardena

Very nice atmosphere in the new extension. The food and wine are first class and the service is groundbreaking. We enjoyed it very much.

Ottimo ristorante. Situato fuori Selva. Ambiente raccolto con un Mac di 20 coperti per cui è necessario prenotare. Il menù è ricercato ma di sicuro non è per portafogli stretti ma la qualità presentata è, inevitabilmente, correlata ai costi. Due amici abbiamo preso un tagliere di prosciutti (secondo me non la loro migliore portata) una zuppa di zucca con cipolla croccante, un piatto di gnocchi ed un filetto (sublime!) con frittelle di mele e creme brulle al pistacchio come dolci (unico difetto riscontrabile un po’ freddi). Un’acqua e 1/4 di vino alla mescita (le volte dell’Ornellaia). Abbiamo speso 134€ (neanche tanto rispetto alla qualità del servizio!) Consigliabilissimo!!

Great place to eat. Great food and service with a beautiful view

The meat is cooked excellently, the steaks were excellent, both beef and deer. And the rack of lamb is generally the best I have eaten in restaurants. For wine connoisseurs, there are 12 names in the map of pages that I don’t understand, but something tells me that specialists will have something to rejoice in..)))

Non tornerei. Bella location, qualità degli ingredienti ottima ma forse trattati non sempre al meglio, prezzi alti, servizio troppo presente o troppo assente, cantina vini veramente eccellente
