Super nice boss - authentic with South Tyrolean wit and charm! Perfect steaks: Tomahawk steak, Chateaubriant, onion roast. Great salad buffet. We often visited this great restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Wonderful wine selection. Thank you for the lovely evenings.

The six of us ate in the restaurant twice. There was a large selection, great meat dishes, a very good wine selection and very courteous and friendly service. We'll definitely come back 👍

When we visited the Des Alpes Stuben in the picturesque Dolomites, we had the pleasure of enjoying a culinary experience that was second to none. With the family consisting of five people, we were pampered from start to finish, starting with an exquisite appetizer buffet that featured a variety of fresh, locally inspired delicacies. The real highlight of our visit, however, was the Chateaubriand. Rarely have I enjoyed such a perfectly prepared piece of meat; it was simply heavenly - tender, juicy and full of flavor. Every bite was a testament to the craftsmanship and passion with which Des Alpes Stuben cooks. Not to forget the dessert buffet, which left nothing to be desired with its variety and quality of desserts. The restaurant's atmosphere is as welcoming as its offerings, and service was consistently attentive and warm. It's not just a visit to a restaurant, it's an experience that you want to share with your loved ones. I can only recommend anyone who has the chance to be in this area to visit Des Alpes Stuben and see for themselves this incomparable gastronomic gem.

Nice food. Portions are middle. Lamb chops were good but a bit oversaulted to my taste. Italian profitrolies were perfect. Staff is attentive and friendly. I would return to this place again.
