La Conceria In Galatina

A place with attention to the smallest details, in a slightly industrial style, perhaps to recall what the place was originally. The staff is courteous, present throughout the stay despite the place being full and available to satisfy customer requests. They have a varied menu, different types of pizza dough. I ordered a Margherita, light dough not with high edges like I like but still good. Good price quality. They also have an outdoor room, which I haven't had the pleasure of accessing yet but it seems really welcoming and I will be back to have this pleasure.

Very large and very beautiful place in terms of aesthetics, it seems to have been a tannery historically, the star vaults blend perfectly with the modern style of the furnishings. Both internal and external room for summer evenings. Easy to find outdoor parking. I had the opportunity to taste a mixed fruit which was excellent but in my opinion a little poor, we could be more daring. The pizza I asked for with double mozzarella was good but my request was not granted. The place is suitable for groups of people and why not also for celebrating events. The staff were very helpful and friendly, very fast perhaps a little too much as it was Saturday and it was packed. I recommend it during the days of the week with less chaos. Until next time. Very nice and large place, especially the garden.. the first courses are recommended, delicious pizzas, the meat is also good.. kind and professional staff

On average good, except that they have introduced double shifts, so you either eat with the sun on shift or at night. So I don't even think about it.

The rooms are beautiful but with such a large venue confusion is guaranteed for the same reason as slow service. Clean place, very good pizza. Rather expensive. Good variety of equally tasty dishes

Cozy place, just the only flaw, having so many places it becomes very confusing at a certain time (but that's a personal opinion). Pizza and cuisine of excellent quality and worth the money spent.. impeccable and friendly service

La pizza non era di mio gusto, troppo croccante ai limiti del duro. Il servizio è attento e cordiale. La conceria propone un menù molto vasto che include pizze di tutti i tipi, insalate, carne, pesce, alcuni primi che mi hanno incuriosita molto e una selezione di antipasti. Ci tornerò per provare il resto, ma la pizza mi ha delusa
