Very friendly staff, always helpful and not intrusive, even took the time for a little chat. This is certainly difficult when the stylishly furnished restaurant is full. Very good food and stylishly prepared. The negative reviews are for us who were there for the first time - not with the Porsche, because nobody here was interested in that. We also think the menu is sufficient, there is something for everyone and if special requirements are necessary you just have to talk to the employees, they will definitely make a lot possible. Thanks again for the pleasant evening, we will definitely come back when we are in the region.

December 8, 2023, couple's dinner. We appreciated the dishes paired with glasses of wine and the desserts, everything was very good, the staff was attentive and kind, the location was beautiful!!! The price is consistent with the cuisine offered!! Highly recommended!!!! We will definitely be back. The dinner was enriched by Krampus (masks representing demonic beings)😳😂

Inutile girarci attorno, l'Alto Adige, meglio detto il Sud Tirolo è una potenza turistica: Con il Trentino vanta 52,6 milioni di presenze con 12,1 milioni di arrivi, davanti alla Toscana con 49,8 milioni di presenze e 14 milioni di arrivi al Lazio con 33,8 milioni di presenze e 11,5 milioni di arrivi....Insomma "italia stracciata"... Tornando al merito, al Panholzer si può alloggiare e ristorarsi nel contesto affascinante di uno splendido Casale del XVIII secolo, finemente ristrutturato nello splendido contesto della strada del Vino sul Lago di Caldaro. Menu compatto ma di qualità, abbiamo scelto Paccheri e Risotto buonissimi, una Mousse di Cioccolata deliziosa, un Lagrein ed uno Chardonnay intensi a fronte di una buonissima accoglienza ed un prezzo onestissimo. Facit: il Turismo che vorremmo!

Tolles Ambiente, handwerklich gute aber keineswegs herausragendes Essen, leider peinlicher Weinservice der Chefin: Fehler den falschen Wein zuzugiessen kann durchaus passieren - nur diese „unfreiwillige“ Cuvée einfach stehen zu lassen, nimmer gesehen zu werden und keinen Ersatz anzubieten ist äusserst peinlich!
