Excellent bakery in Altamura. I went over the Christmas period with my girlfriend. The freshly baked bread was nice and crunchy and the olive taralli very crumbly. The icing on the cake is the panettone with chocolate chips, we will definitely be back. The staff was very kind to us and the prices are very affordable. I advise!

Tappa fissa. Una garanzia! Passando per caso, l’anno scorso, ho notato questo panificio e suoi fantastici prodotti. E da allora, ogni volta che sono ad Altamura, non posso non passare da qui. Pane tradizionale ma, anche con mirtilli e noci, curcuma, cereali e molto altro tutti buonissimi. Per non parlare degli altri prodotti: biscotti, frollìni, muffin, panzerotti, rustico, focacce, etc… Tutto ottimo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la signora Mimma sempre pronta per farci assaggiare i prodotti appena sfornati. Super consigliato!

Amazing focaccia, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, truly exceptional dough. I recommend the classic one with tomato and olives, and the one with potatoes and rosemary. You will not regret it!
