Restaurant Fink In Bressanone

Since we were only guests in the restaurant, I can't rate the rooms. The service, ambience and food were wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and fed very well. We'd love to come back.

We used to go to Fink's often because my son felt very comfortable. This was our first time since the renovation. I said let's treat ourselves to this. The food was very good for me, it was also beautifully presented. At first there was a greeting from the kitchen. My son is not allowed to eat gluten or animal dairy products. A special greeting was brought for him with 3 different types of bread and a spread as well as a soup. It was a great relief for me, as it is usually difficult to go out to dinner with him. His food was also excellent and he was very satisfied because he had never experienced receiving so much attention from the kitchen and service with his intolerances. The service/the waiters were also 👌. We will visit you again 🙂.

This beautiful restaurant is located in the middle of historic Brixen. Minimalism with a rustic touch in the South Tyrolean style. The taste was really wonderful, we liked both the bread and the dishes. Price wise completely ok. We will be back!

Since we were looking for a restaurant that was open in the afternoon during our vacation and offered gluten-free dishes, we came across FINK. We were greeted very friendly, were able to choose a table and were given the menu with explanations. Before the meal there was a greeting from the kitchen - one of which was especially gluten-free! The food itself not only tasted excellent but was also beautifully presented (see photo of the gluten-free dessert). And both the waitress and the waiter looked after us perfectly throughout the entire stay, always with a little 'small talk' when it was convenient. All 4 of us were totally thrilled and will definitely eat there again when we are in Brixen again.

We've been to Brixen numerous times and always walked past the Fink butcher's shop, until this year we were attracted by the impressive window and curiously took a look. We discovered a really great restaurant behind the window. We spontaneously asked for a table, got one and were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The food was as tasty as it was beautifully presented. Really everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the dishes. Highly Recommended. Since there are now rooms for rent there, we will try them out next time we are in South Tyrol. So we'll be back, 100 percent.

A few years ago we were in the old restaurant which was very cozy and homely. It has been remodeled in the meantime and has now become a “classy” restaurant that appears very sterile. Food was basically OK, but prices were way too high for what you got. You're just given bread with spread on the table and you have to pay for it and you're not even allowed to finish it. The service is rather arrogant and as a young couple you are not treated with respect. (We were almost forced to eat everything nicely) In addition, the people around you are buzzing around and you no longer feel comfortable, but more like being watched. The old version of Restaurant Fink was better in all respects (including the food), I won't recommend it and won't visit it again.

Raffinato ristorante nel centro di Bressanone, ideale per una serata in dolce compagnia. Piatti ricercati e con ingredienti e abbinamenti originali. Ideale per vegetariani, ma ci sono anche piatti di carne. Il menù non offre tantissima scelta. Servizio estremamente gentile, veloce e disponibile. Prezzo sopra la media.

Befindet sich in der oberen Preisklasse bietet aber dafür eine hervorragende Qualität, eine breitgefächerte Auswahl und dementsprechend eine geschmackliche Sensation.

Das”Fink” hat sich mächtig ins Zeug gelegt, und von Grund auf renoviert. In hellem Holz, angenehmer Beleuchtung und in guter Sichtweite die “Weinschätze”, zeigt sich nun das beliebte Lokal.Wir nahmen “auf Durchreise” unter den Lauben Platz, es gab (Nachmittag) eine reduzierte Karte; auffällig, dass sich die Küche mit einem breiten Angebot vegan orientiert. Wir wählten Eierbandnudeln mit Pfifferlingen - leider nicht überzeugend. Al dente ist OK, aber die Nudeln waren deutlich zu kurz gekocht, sodass sich kein wirklicher Genuss einstellen konnte, zumal die Pfifferlinge sich nahezu ohne eine geschmeidige Sauce wenig mit den Nudeln verbinden konnten. Schade, zumal das Ganze geschmacklich eher fad war. Herrlicher Johannisbeersaft, sowie der fruchtig-dichte Apfelsaft von Pinova und ein Macchiato wie er sein soll waren die guten Begleiter.Ausserdem die sehr freundliche Bedienung von Frau Traudi. Im innern des Lokals sind die Tische sehr dicht gestellt, was bei voller Belegung manche Unterhaltung möglicherweise zur Herausforderung machen könnte….
