So geht stilvoll Essen in Meran! Das Ambiente im alten Gemäuer wundervoll, geschmackvoll modernisiert und auf neuestem Stand. Die Küche hervorragend und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Service durchgehend aufmerksam und sehr kompetent. Wir wurden richtggehend verwöhnt und werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Meran Besuch wiederkommen!

Mit unserer Familie haben wir auf Empfehlung unseres Hotels hier zu abend gegessen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Terrasse im ersten Stock bietet einerseits einen Blick auf das Treiben derAltstadt und die Umgebung, ist andererseits ein Rückzugsort für ein gepflegtes Familienessen. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist ausgezeichnet inklusive der “Standards” wie Caprese. Sehr nette Service, gehobenes aber angemessenes Preisniveau.

02/04/2024: Let's say that the kitchen is like that of home, therefore, I prefer to stay at home next time rather than return for dinner. The prices are very high for dishes that are not worth them, one spends them, but it must be worth them! The same goes for the "workers' menu" at lunch. 3 stars and they are good but, I won't go back again! They don't care about customers. They just want to cash in!

01/10/2023: Bel rifugio moderno, con sala bar accogliente; assaggiato lo strudel con pere e ricotta, molto buono anche se le pere erano rimaste un po' dure seppure fossero affettate sottili. Personale cortese e sollecito
20/07/2023: Facendo il giro del Sassolungo e Sassopiatto, siamo giunti a questo rifugio 5 minuti prima che si scatenasse un temporale con bufera di vento da paura. Lo staff ha gestito ottimamente l’emergenza, sia sfornando cibo con tempi d’attesa minimi (e c’era una marea di gente in attesa dei tavoli già pieni a mezzogiorno), sia dando assistenza a chi giungeva inzuppato, infreddolito e ad alcuni scossi dall’ esperienza temporalesca. E nel tutto abbiamo mangiato un ottimo piatto dello sciatore e ottima polenta e salsiccia. Prezzi onesti. Purtroppo non molti comprendono che un rifugio a 2300 metri ha dei costi diversi da un fast food all you can eat in città. E sono sempre di più questi soggetti in infradito, purtroppo.
