This hut with a great sun terrace and panoramic views is located directly on the ski slopes. Friendly service and delicious food invite you to stop by ⛷️. The pasta with mushrooms and the “Gröschtl” (eggs with bacon and fried potatoes) were delicious. Highly Recommended!!!

Cozy place with good food. Can get a bit crowded when its busy and snowy out, but my partner and I were seated with a group of 4 Italians who were lovely and we got on great. Got a coffee and canederli in broth and it revived me perfectly!

Ci siamo fermati qui per il tipico Germknödel, un enorme canederlo dolce di pasta lievitata, ripieno di composta di prugne e ricoperto di salsa alla vaniglia e semi di papavero macinati. Una delizia! In più gustato al sole sulla terrazza panoramica a 2.000mt, è stata la chicca della giornata.

Got on a wrong lift and found this little place - best mistake I ever made! We stopped for coffee and tiramisu. It was delicious, the staff was friendly and a little balcony just to the side was a great place to catch the afternoon sun and enjoy spectacular views.

Mangiato bene, costo nella norma, unico difetto che non si può prenotare e i tavoli all’interno sono pochi , se c’è bel tempo e fa caldo la terrazza ha una vista spettacolare sul gruppo del sella

07/04/2024: Completely renovated, very beautiful and evocative.
06/04/2024: One of the most beautiful and cozy huts in Val Gardena. Right on the Sellarunde if you drive it counterclockwise. But oh well, always recommended as a detour. Totally nice boss and staff. By the way, the hut has been rebuilt. Be sure to go inside.

Haidenhof

07/04/2024: A must for us when we are in South Tyrol. Fantastic view from the farm garden, good food and fantastic Kaiserschmarrn. Few parking spaces and challenging access (narrow, steep). If you want to hike: from the parking lot on the Marlinger Waalweg past Lebenberg Castle you will find the Haidenhof at the upper end of the street. a real place of heart.
28/03/2024: A location and an ambience that is second to none. The winery and Buschenschank Haidenhof is located just above Lebenberg/Tscherms Castle. Certainly no longer an insider tip, but certainly worth a visit. The best wines, homemade bacon and South Tyrolean specialties can be enjoyed here at an altitude of approx. 550 m in an absolutely fascinating landscape. Without a doubt, a recommendation for fans of culinary delights in a breathtakingly natural environment. And for the little ones, there are all sorts of poultry and other farm animals to marvel at. We will be back ...
